oriflame is great! 😍 lots of makeup and skincare that actually works, prices fair, delivery usually fine. love trying new products, quality is really good 👍

Order received on time, liquid glitter eyeshadow was poor quality, dry and could not be used. Contacted customer service who did not make it clear what next steps were regarding my complaint.
Contacted customer service again to clarify & this time an informative response was received.
First shopping with Oriflame, poor quality product and poor customer experience, would not recommend.

I am always happy with the products and the delivery service. But the only problem is, the packages are sometimes too big.

I bought a few products that were ok but not good value for money. I tried to review on their site but it would not let me put a bad review on their products. The shakes were gritty and the eau de toilettes all smelt the same and didn't last. I wont be using again.

I always thought that all shampoo and conditioners were the same until I tried the Duologi range from Oriflame.
My hair is regularly bleached and coloured (at home not in a salon). The Duologi products have made a huge difference to the condition and appearance of my hair

Very disappointed with my experience with Oriflame UK.
It's been over two weeks past the estimated delivery date, and I still haven't received my order. I contacted customer support multiple times and requested that they re-send my order. They’ve been "investigating" the issue for two weeks now, but nothing has actually been resolved.

What’s worse is that I keep receiving irrelevant or incorrect updates — for example, they claimed that the parcel was “left in my garage,” when we don’t even have a garage, and it's impossible for a delivery to be made without someone being home. No proof of delivery (like a photo of the parcels in the place they claim that they delivered) has been provided either.

This level of service is unacceptable. I feel completely ignored and misled, and I won’t be ordering from Oriflame again and I recommend to others too to not experienced such a frustrating experience as I had.

I have been with Oriflame uk and Ireland since feb 2024 yes happy customers happy with been a representative.

I ordered the skin care routine as I was looking for healthier skin and less lines around the eyes. The price for the skin scan I took plus the recommended products were amazing and in 2 weeks I’m genuinely shocked at how good it’s worked!! Will defo order again

Amazing products for great price. It is my new line of cosmetics from now on.

Really unsure why such negative reviews.
Creams are really good, lippys yet to try but guessing cheaper one do not last as long as with any brand.

It is a 55 year old company, with experience and organisation.

All products tested on humans for 5 years before launched inside their catalogue.

Customer service: the best.

There’s a small secret here.

Once I decided not to leave my parcel more than 3 days at ACS’ courier building and thus pay promptly, I find that their thanks is to deliver to me goods as promptly as I send my payment.

13 years passed from my signing date, September 14, 2010.

I buy for me, my family, friends and relatives.

All previous reviews(I read them all) are sincere.

What defines me from those less satisfied than me is my love to this Swedish company.

Enjoy the little things.

I believe in their innovation on all products. Over 1000. Maybe more.

And their catalogue has the best offset and lay out imagined.

Do hope I was useful in my description of Oriflame.

Last but not least, I enjoy as a member a price with a percentage (22%) off the price in every catalogue.

Hopefully, I will start buying again in the coming year.

I stopped due to family matters since June 2023.

I do not put on make up or mascara and in order to see for myself if I have any problem with my skin, I let it on my face for 24 hours. I slept with it on. No irritation on eyes or skin!

That’s why I trust this brand name.

Wellness. A whole new level of products. Especially for a fat person like myself. I drunk their protein shake and could go on with my cleaning the house without stopping for snacks due to my appetite for everything sweet.

I’ve been buying various products all those years and use them on me in order to have my own opinion first hand!

I was never disappointed.

P.S. I chose to put in my review the photo my husband had taken of me after a gathering of Oriflame’s members, where they used on me Giordani’s Gold make up products. First time he had ever taken me a photo!!! I believe that this says something.-

Good app but not impers all website 99%fake not real website

Used there products 2 times and just got satisfactory results...not too good not too bad.... please control your prices.

My friend distributed their cosmetics and I could always use the examples, try new things and listen to my friend trying hard to complement the Company. Never really liked the products to actually buy them, it's ok if received like a present

I'm dyslexic and used to have low self esteem but Oriflame has given me the confidence to be more than I imagined and Oriflame has shown me I can do anything and I'm so glad I joined oriflame I have made new friends and I love working with the other brand partners as there all have made feel so welcome and part of the team and there are always there if you need help.
