Unclear Rules and Terrible Customer Service

I enrolled in an online course with Origin Institute, but it was never clarified on their website that I must be physically present in the state to attend the online session. I was only away on a short 2-day trip, yet they refused to let me attend the course because of that.

They then requested a rescheduling fee that was more than half of my initial payment, and even after I asked for a refund, they refused to return my money. This situation caused me to miss a job opportunity because I needed the White Card for that position.

I am really unhappy with their poor customer service, lack of clarity, and unfair treatment. I would not recommend this institute to anyone.
