Having scanned through some of the reviews I'm not surprised that mine is unfortunately exactly the same. Bought a men's coat size xxl- arrived in terrible material, badly designed and clearly a mock of what they advertised. I'm a size 12 and barely fitted me, item had no proper labels, just awful! I emailed them the same day, automated response - delivery address...China! They sent me two links to initiate the return, neither of which were recognised sites. After multiple emails to customer support they simply stopped replying. How and why these people are allowed to unashamedly scam and rob people of their money is a crime in itself. Never again.

I ordered a whitefox tracksuit from here. Thought nothing of it but a week had passed and the order was still waiting to be dispatched. I chased this up but on the email I got back it didn’t make sense as it was very broken English! They advised if need to return the item to Germany if I wanted a refund, baring in mind I’d still not received the item.

2 weeks later I received the item and it was so obviously fake! I said I was going to return the item, but no reply to my email. Luckily I’d paid on PayPal and raised a dispute. Today I received a refund!

Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy with these!

Original Fashion is a con. Awful is an understatement. Bought a corduroy jacket XXL in brown. I got a rag cloth in a medium. One arm Longer than the other. Terrible company.

I agree with everything said. It is a total scam.
I ordered a black jacket, misled that it was a Zara jacket. The jacket took 3 weeks to arrive and I cannot even begin to describe the material (never seen anything like it) and it was the wrong colour.
I emailed stating this but just received a generic email with complicated return instructions.
I will never buy anything from a company I have not checked out on this website.
Google should be told about these scammers.
I have decided not to return the item as I believe I will not get my money back and not prepared to waste any more money.

One star is being generous,l echo everything all the other people who have purchased on this site. abominable shouldn't be able to trade. I ordered a leather jacket,more like a dish rag, would have cost me £21 to return, cost me £41, going to write this experience off.Always read reviews Elizabeth

Stay away from this company paid £40 for a coat. The quality is unbelievable the sizing is completely out. For a large coat it wouldnt even fit a 10 year old. You contact them to return the item but get no response just an automated email.

Do not order anything from this website. It’s a complete scam.
I ordered some Jorden joggers for my son’s birthday after waiting for over 2 wks they are just a very very cheap pair of grey joggers.
My son is so upset and no way of getting a refund.

Wish I had read the reviews before spending £80 on a jacket that they claimed was delivered but never made it to my door even though I was in all evening. E-mailed them disputing the delivery, got a automated e-mail stating it can take 24hours, longer on a weekend for them to get back to me, it has been a week!

Had I read their reviews I would not have wasted my time and money with them. NEVER AGAIN!!

Having to rate this is unbelievable, it doesn’t even deserve a rating😡 I don’t think I’ve been so angry, ordered 2 jumpers apparently Ralph Lauren and what arrived was an absolute disgrace and how these people are allowed to operate is unbelievable. Went to the post office and returned to the address in Bristol on 7th January. Paid for it to be signed which they did, and waited for my refund and have received absolutely nothing. I’ve written it off now, but I hope these scumbags get what’s coming to them because I’ll make it my mission to see that they’re chased up and closed down for good. Like some of you I wish I’d looked at the reviews, I usually do 🤷‍♀️ Big mistake!!

They scammed me. When I sent the item back as it was too small they gave me wrong address so the parcel came back to me. I had paid a lot of money to send back too.

Do not use this company!!! Wish I had read reviews first. Bought a jacket for my husband in XL. It is tight on me and I’m size 8. It is so screwed up you couldn’t wear it anyway. Been waiting for a refund. Then I said I would accept 20% back. But Nothing At All!! Jacket to the charity shop.

Absolutely shocking, avoid at all costs, paid £60 for what i thought was a zara coat what turned up was cheap and nasty and looked like a bin bag was supposed to be a large but would fit my size 6 daughter, do not buy.

I stupidly bought 4 items from this company without reading the reviews.
A complete waste of money, terrible quality and nothing like the photos.
They make it impossible to return the items so £184 down the drain and clothing off to charity shop.

Awful products. cheap and nasty that took over a month to arrive. Customer service emails bounced back numerous amounts of time. Took me a while to find the actual email to complain. You send the goods back with the address given on the the returns info, this costs £15. You chase your return for them to give you another address for returns.(whats that about?) Iv now had an email from customs to pay an additions fee of £25 for clearance.
Im still waiting on my refund of £75, which i wont get as om not paying the customs fees. its pointless. **none of this return info is noted** they should be shut down, looking back at reviews and id wish i had looked before purchase..

I would advise everyone NOT to use this company. I ordered two items which didn’t arrive due to the fact that the first line of my address was not applied, I do not know why this happened, probably a scam. Royal Mail told me that they could not deliver the parcels and they were returned to sender. This company, though appears to be in Holland, is in China. I have got nowhere despite many, many emails. Typically unresponsive and definitely dodgy. Do NOT use.

Don’t touch this company at all and waste your money!
I ordered a coat before Christmas and when it eventually arrived it was far too small. Trying to return it has been a nightmare, impossible. All you get are automated responses with no real help. The company doesn’t seem to exist at all. I have wasted even more money trying to return it only to have it returned to me as “return to sender”. Appalling customer service and quality of goods.

Do NOT waste any of your hard earned money on these rip off merchants!!
The material quality is awful spent best part of £50 on an item which looked cheap and material was nothing like in the pictures advertised!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Got the wife boots and the zip burst straight away I email and all they wanted to do was give me 20% back or send them back to china at my cost if I new they were from there I would never had ordered I told them I wanted half my money back now there not answering my email or giving me any refund there stuff and service is rubbish stay away folks.
