Bought a man's jumper at the cost of £50 which was too small. Cost £15 to return it tracked. Still no refund weeks later. Phone no and email do not work so absolutely zero chance of getting anywhere with customer services. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting company.

Don’t touch this company. Thieves ordered a jacket for other half. Took £37 had to keep on to get tracking info. Response every time “can not find order” endings they replied in German. Email 20 times they then removed everything from the Shop App. Have reported to the Bank and for Fraud.

The product I ordered bears very little resemblance to the one I ordered. I though I was buying a colourful cosy jumper from the pictures of the item on their website but instead I got a horrible thin synthetic top which has a low quality pixelated image of the pattern I expected printed on to it.
Also the returns process doesn't seem to be working as they request you complete returns forms which you can't access because the links are broken

Wish I had seen recent reviews before buying. This looks like a Dutch company but I don’t think it is. I ordered a hoodie. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Whatever it’s made of, I wouldn’t want it near a naked flame. Not the beautiful oversized comfortable hoodie I expected. My advice would be - shop somewhere else.

Absolute garbage.

Ordered a jacket and a jumper I was excited to receive. They cut the price by roughly 40 percent initially when I left the products in my basket, which should have been a red flag, but then images represented products I really wanted to wear.

When they turned up they were abysmal. I've never had something so misrepresented by a picture ever before in my life.

The jumper was the correct size and the same colours but had loads of random writing all over it that wasn't in the picture.

The jacket was obviously

about 20 sizes too small. What they sent wouldn't fit most children. It was made of some awful plastic material, and it was missing a hood. It just wasn't the jacket in the picture.

I clicked on my order details to check it against the beautiful jacket I thought I was buying, and the images have been removed from the site.

This company is an absolute thieving joke.

I've demanded a refund - let's see what happens next.

UNDELIVERED and terrible useless response for customer service, DO NOT BUY
CUSTOMER SERVICE email and phone number do not work. Order 3rd Dec now missing Christmas.
Customer servive non existant.
Theives - state we have to return the item which is undelivered to get money back.
DO NOT BUY even if it seems like a bargain. If it arrives you are lucky.
DO NOT TRUST, they are not a shop/retailer.
