Absolutely fantastic seller. Lots of products available, and very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with how quickly they sent out my strings, and it was nice that they took the time to include a note which directed me to resources to ensure that the specialist strings ordered would not be damaged upon installation.

An excellent selection of strings for guitars, ukuleles, etc. I have bought strings for ukuleles with unconventional tuning and for electro-acoustic bass guitar. In each case he service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Delivery by first class mail meant that I didn't have to wait for the strings.

Ordered strings on a Saturday, had them on the Monday. Appreciate the free postage and helpful, accessible staff.

Original Artisan not only stock a wide range of accessories and in my particular case ukulele strings, which I have purchased on a couple of occasions, they provide excellent service coupled with a competitive pricing structure. First class service all round.

First class service! I needed a very specific string for a baritone ukulele I play in an non standard tuning. I called Artisan and they literally could not have been more helpful. Chris totally knew his product lines and was able to advise exactly what I needed. He also explained the differences between two string types and without his help I would have almost certainly have ordered incorrectly. I have now used them several times and 100% pleased with the product lines, friendly advice and service!

I normally order from Amazon, but I came across Original Artisan when searching for a half set of classical guitar strings. To be honest I had not heard of this website before but I am glad I found them They had the half set I needed and delivery was very quick. I have since ordered another 2 sets of strings. each arrived quickly and great value too.
