Cable too short
Great packaging. Quick shipment. Nice product (at a price). Cable supplied too short for an average london raised ground or first floor apartments. Need to order separately and wait 5 business days. Bought another local cable which is less performing for the up and down movement of this lamp. Oh well.

The lamp is absolutely gorgeous. Very happy.
Love the product. The shipping from the UK took FOREVER, the holidays used as a reason. But one would think shipping over the holidays would be a priority, the time of year when sales are most prolific. So it took 8 weeks to get to NYC. The showroom people in Manhattan were helpful, but the lamp was a Christmas present and after being ordered in early December, it finally came in late January. Original BTC is redeemed by the quality of the product. 99.9% worth the wait...
