Super helpful pre sales - Sarah was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Purchased directly too and collected although they offered free delivery. Fantastic quality lights, easy installation and look absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

Experience with the company was great as ever and we love the look of the wall lamp but once again my husband has moaned to me about putting it in the wall - there’s not enough space between the bracket and the porcelain shade to get a screw driver in! After a lot of faffing it’s up and I want to order another one but have to wait for my husband to forget how tricky it was before - took a while last time! Ha ha!

We’re sorry to hear the installation caused a bit of frustration. Just in case it helps for next time, the collar and screw can be undone so the back plate can be removed and fixed to the wall first. This gives plenty of room for a screwdriver and makes the fitting much quicker. If you want some further advice customer service can support with this 😊
