The glass ceiling light was sturdy and beautifully made. A very elegant design. It was made to order, and worth the wait. Delivery by DPD was really prompt. Packaging was excellent.

Hi Oliver,
Thanks for the review, sorry to hear DPD split the delivery into two separate time slots. We shipped it as a single delivery, so it must have been split between two vans on their end somehow.
Apologies for the inconvenience!
Best wishes,

Sarah Honey at Original BTC
Sarah Honey at Original BTC gave great customer service and as an electrician made my life much easier, would definitely choose BTC products again based off this interaction alone.

Designed and made in Britain. Beautiful lights.
So many things are "designed in the UK, made in China" but not with Original BTC. I love that Original BTC still manufactures in the UK. Beautiful lights - I have used the clip-on Hector lights as reading lights in bedrooms. Practical and lovely to look at. The service has been very good - everything arrived carefully packed and on time.

Cable too short
Great packaging. Quick shipment. Nice product (at a price). Cable supplied too short for an average london raised ground or first floor apartments. Need to order separately and wait 5 business days. Bought another local cable which is less performing for the up and down movement of this lamp. Oh well.

Hi Chiara,
Thank you for the lovely feedback on the packaging, quick delivery, and the lamp. We’re sorry the cable wasn’t long enough for your setup. If you’d like to switch to the cable we supply at any point, just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll arrange it for you.
