Hell for Writers
your detection tool is making the writers life hell. Even though the concept is written human it still shows ai. And just by removing a comma or adding a comma changes the ai score. How can a detector say a content is original or not based on a comma? And companies are relying on tools like yours. The tougher the tool the better they think. Just because of this I am spending more than 8 hours on an article which is supposed to take only 4 hours.

AI detection isn’t perfect, and what you’re describing (small punctuation changes impacting scores) can happen because the system evaluates patterns across the text, not just meaning. Even minor edits can slightly shift how those patterns are interpreted, which is why you may see fluctuations. That said, a comma alone shouldn’t drastically change the overall assessment, and we’re continuously working to make the system more stable and reliable.
It’s also important to note that our tool is designed to be a signal, not a final verdict. We strongly encourage teams and companies to use it alongside human judgment, not as the sole decision-maker.
We understand how frustrating it is when this impacts your workflow and doubles your writing time. That’s absolutely not the experience we want for writers. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and it directly helps us improve both accuracy and consistency.
If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to take a closer look at a specific example you’ve encountered to better understand what’s going on.

Positive: Support is great and helpful.
Negative: It’s decent for English, but for Romanian (a supported language), it’s quite bad. I checked our articles from long before AI as we know it today existed (around 2016, etc.), and it tells me they’re fully AI-generated, which makes no sense.
Really negative: Auto renewal by default is very shady, people could burst a lot of money w/o to realize (it can be a feature but at the moment it's turned on by default, it means you're a scam to me).
I will use it some more these days (on English since it seem only worth for that), and might added a star depending on how it result on generated AI and original text. I use it to verify writers don't abuse, not to create content.

Best AI Checker I've Used
I've used many AI checkers, and Originality is the first one that I feel is actually accurate. I've been playing around with their free version, and after being happy with the results, I decided to take the plunge and purchase the subscription. I did need some help with completing my purchase, so I reached out to support using their chat feature, and Alexa responded within seconds. She was able to help me complete my purchase, and I was super impressed with how fast she responded to each of my questions and messages. Usually, I find that chat agents take forever to respond between messages, but not Alexa. She was on it. Not only is their tool amazing, but the support I received really made me feel like I was making the right choice.

I received excellent service throughout my experience. Each time I contacted customer support, the response was prompt and proactive. The cancellation process was straightforward, and I was also offered a discount to continue my subscription, which I appreciated.
