Ordered beginning of April for something to do in lockdown. Recieved a phone call straight away as soon as i pressed submit , saying that they were busy and that covid was slowing down production but they will send a shipping email as soon as it is sent........ forgot all about it. then i remembered and emailed the company. I got an auto email saying that they were busy and they would respond isn 5-7 days. Did that twice and got nothing back. i payed by paypal and the paypal tag is something weird and nothing to do with diamond painting, and i clicked on the email and it takes you to a non existing page. Typical. I then went back onto the auto email and clicked on a link that takes you to RAMA deals and it looks like theirs loads of fake websites all linked up to this email address and its all saying scam. Im starting the process of getting my money back now with paypal. really disapointed as i searched for days to find a design i actually liked. The website looks legit and there is even a "about us" page to fool you. DO NOT BOTHER!!!!!!

Ordered a product to get me through quarantine in early April. My order has not been received and I never received a confirmation email. I emailed them asking when my product would be here and got a crappy automated insincere email back using COVID-19 as an excuse. I emailed them again asking for a refund, the only email I received back was a 10% off code that was most likely sent to everyone. They're quick to take your money and an international charge without a confirmation email. Luckily, I only lost $20.

I agree with all the other reviews, same experience, ordered 4 kits 4/28/20, $77 charged immediately, but haven't received the items. tried emailing several times, nothing back except generic auto response. no tracking info, no service! the phone number on the website is fake, just has computer auto to leave message. Its on the website just for looks. everything on the website looks legitimate, even has a NY address, but who knows where its actually located. I think any reviews that give it 5 stars are most likely fake. So mad and disappointed! I can dispute with my cc to get money back, but big hassle as well. DO NOT BUY! use amazon or legitimate retail stores.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Only got an sms with order confirmation. It is still not shipped. Called them (voice mail), text them (no response) and e-mailed them 5 times, also no reaction. DO NOT ORDER at this company!! IT IS A SCAM!

I was concerned about the shipping too. Got a bad tracking number. Ordered beginning of March, received in middle of April. With all that's going on (plus it ships from china) you can understand shipping is going to be slow. Well worth my money though. Definitely not a scam, and their selection is better than any other site. I'd rather wait with a longer shipping than recieve a sub-par product. Wish I could post a picture on here of the finished product!!

I paid on 14th April, now 5 May - I did not even receive any tracking number, nothing. I think this is a scam, I will cancell my order and see if I can get my money back. Never ever again. I will use WISH - at least when I do not get the item they quickly refund you.

Haven't received my order. It's been 22 days, and I'm left without a Mothers Day gift now. Tried calling the number, which is linked to an automatic voice mailbox. Tried emailing, haven't heard anything back either.

Order took 2 months to get to me and when it arrived it was not what I ordered.

Paid $60 for a kit and still haven’t received anything. No confirmation of shipping, No product or even a REAL response from the fake company. TOTAL SCAM!

Scam!!!! Never received my order but they sure charged my account!!!
