Good quality mattress. Value for money!

Origin Mattress advertise 8% cashback on Topcashback but do not pay up. The cashback tracked but I've been waiting 6 months and still no payout.

If you look at the reviews for Origin Mattress on the TopCashback website, you will see there are many other unhappy customers who have had exactly the same experience.

UPDATE: The reply below from Origin Mattress is misleading. The problem is not with TopCashback, it's Origin Mattress who are failing to pay.

TopCashback told me: "Unfortunately, we have seen a low payment rate from Origin Mattress recently, which has affected several members. We are actively monitoring their performance and regularly review our partnerships to ensure our members get the best experience."

Due to this poor experience I would not recommend buying from Origin Mattress.

Their website is useless. I buy lots online with no problem. Trying to buy a King size mattress on theirs 10 attempts no joy. How do they ever sell anything. No phone number to call either. Dear me.

The order and delivery and service , all where very easy and smooth.

too soft for us. Bigger disappointment was when Origin told us that we can just replace once.

The selection of mattresses was excellent, easy ordering ,delivery dates were perfect, excellent quality, good value for money, mattress very comfortable over all a good experience and would definitely recommend.

Mattress is good quality and very comfortable as it is thicker it is on the have side but luckily no need to flip.
Delivery was OK but they had a strange sense of humour.

It's a great mattress. Medium firm, just how I like it. I used it within about 6 hours of unrolling, and a comfortable night's sleep. Delivery was really quick too. It comes with a free pillow, which isn't really my favourite type. One of those very firm pillows. But it was free, so can't complain.

This is by far the best mattress I have ever owned. From making the initial order to delivery with plenty of communication to keep me in the loop. I am 55 with bad knees, hips, back and neck so being able to get comfortable was my biggest mission when looking for a new mattress. It has definitely delivered on the comfort front. I would definitely recommend this product but realise not everyone needs the same support etc.

From the outside this company is a respectable, affordable with the bonus of well designed mattresses. However, all of the mattresses are slightly too firm regardless of standard or pro (trust me I tried both). The 200 day trial sounds brilliant until you try to action it then the safe deviate from the T&C and policy displayed on their own website. They SAY OUTLINED IN THEIR T&C it DOESNT mention anything at all about it! Let me pull this apart more:

Importantly, the mattress topper now being referenced was not included within the original purchase contract, invoice, or receipt, and appears to have been supplied separately as a discretionary promotional or trial item. Your Terms & Conditions make no reference whatsoever to mandatory return of separately supplied promotional trial items as a condition of refund processing.

Your own policy expressly states:

“The refunds will be processed after the item has been successfully collected.”

The “item” subject to the 200 Night Trial is plainly the mattress itself. That mattress has already been collected successfully on 13 May 2026. Accordingly, the contractual condition for processing the refund has already been satisfied.

Under your stated refund policy, the only relevant clause concerning free gifts states:

“If you choose to keep any free gifts (e.g. pillows) that came with your purchase, the retail value of these items will be deducted from your total refund amount.”

This clause clearly provides for deduction of the retail value of qualifying free gifts from the refund amount where a customer keeps them. It does not state that:

* refunds may be withheld indefinitely pending collection of free gifts;
* return approval is conditional upon surrendering free gifts;
* a customer is required to return separately supplied trial items not included on the original invoice; or
* Origin may refuse or delay a mattress refund after successful mattress collection because of ancillary promotional items.

Further, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, contractual terms must be transparent and fair. Attempting to impose additional return conditions after the contract was formed — particularly conditions not clearly disclosed in the written Terms & Conditions — is likely to be considered unenforceable and potentially an unfair commercial practice.

If Origin believes it is entitled to recover the value of any retained promotional items, your own Terms already specify the appropriate remedy: deduction of the stated retail value from the refund amount. They do not permit withholding the entirety of the refund after the mattress has been collected.

Staff make up the conditions of return for example. You buy a mattress and it comes with freebies such as pillows. You have only brought the mattress right on the invoice. Well what happens is British Heart Foundation will come to collect the mattress, so you now do not have what you paid for and expecting a refund (as per the policy 7-14 days from the collection of the mattress)… oh NO now they need to come and collect the pillows or they can dock £198 for both free pillows from the total of the mattress (that you now do not have)… sounds a bit cowboy 🤠 and @rougetrader? It’s GETS BETTER/WORSE. If you have during the 200 day trial emailed and mentioned that you found it too firm, the team kindly offer to send you a topper to try for free - TRAP! Now this other freebie is not on your original

Purchase as a mediation helpful gift to hope you find your mattress more comfortable… well even though it’s not on your receipt you didn’t pay for it or select it at the check out - guess what… is expected to be returned before the refund or deducted and docked from your original purchase one 1x bloody mattress….

The staff state they need everything freebie and gift they give you after they take the mattress that you brought before refund, but do they tell you this or make the collection date the same day as the mattress oh no… they are pulling off some illegal.

Honestly best to totally avoid this company, cheap is the word of the day for the product, staff and company values !

Super mattress, solidly built, if you want a medium to firm mattress the origin hybrid pro mattress is the best option. The mattress is top class and one the very best in the market. Well done to the origin team.

The delivery was tops - no issues kept informed from the start to finish of the delivery process.

I bought the hybrid pro mattress for my daughters and it’s been a problem waking them up in the morning because they enjoy laying on the mattress. I can recommend this mattress to anyone that wants to see a big improvement in their sleep quality

CRITICAL SAFETY HAZARD - Disabled Customer Being Ignored.

​I am a heavily disabled customer in the UK with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and a severe history of falls. I spent over £1,300 on an Origin mattress system. Due to your courier’s severe negligence, the freight was violently dropped, destroying the packaging. The inner vacuum seal has ruptured, and the mattress is actively expanding under immense tension inside a split, unstable box right by my front door.

​Because I have a small, narrow hallway between my staircase and my front door, if this mattress unrolls any further, it will physically block my front door, trapping me inside or locking me out of my own home. This is an active fire safety hazard.

​Your UK escalations team has stopped replying to my emails, leaving a vulnerable customer stranded over the weekend with this crisis in my living space. This ongoing corporate neglect is causing me severe psychological distress, intense anxiety, and dangerous cognitive fatigue, which is directly detrimental to my medical condition.

​Furthermore, I am deeply insulted by the lack of accountability from your local team. When I raised these issues, Alexander flatly refused to offer any form of goodwill or compensation for the severe delivery delays and damaged goods, even refusing to upgrade my bundled pillows to the Cool Latex pillows currently featured on your website. To be treated with such rigid disregard during a safety crisis is entirely unacceptable.

Alexander from Escalations has stopped replying to my emails today. I need an active manager to call me immediately on my mobile of which the number can be found on my order, to book my replacement and remove this hazard. Do not tell me to email.

Easy ordering process, quick and efficient delivery, and very easy to unpackage

Terrible delivery experience has a 8 business day promise on there website for uk. But Northern Ireland doesn't seem to count. i still haven't received my delivery it is finally scheduled a month later.. by far the worst experience of getting something delivered online no updates at all for a month..

Love this mattress. Super quick delivery by the friendliest team. Easy to unpack and most importantly the comfiest mattress.
Love that it didn’t smell as it has no chemicals so we could open and sleep on it straight away. My back is feeling much better after such a good nights sleep on the new mattress.

Purchased this mattress just under a year ago (so it's been put to the test). I not the smallest or lightest of people, I also have a donkey on a fur coat for a dog who likes to cuddle up to me at night. Along with two other happy terriers. As soon as Thier heads hit the mattress they are all out for the count until morning...unless a terrorist squirrel descends upon the window sill. It's so comfy and easy to sleep on for Myself (when I'm allowed to get in that is). I have a spinal disability so finding the right match of mattress hasn't been easy. I've tried other well known 3 times the expense of this Mattress and nothing has helped. This one cost me just under £400 and it's the BEST £400 EVER. Within 5 days of ordering it was delivered vacuum packed so it was easy to manoeuvre. Within 4 8 hrs it was ready to be used. I was dubious about all the hype but now I've joined in because it's fantastic 😍.
