Comfy mattress

UPDATE (RESPONSE TO THE MERCHANT): My room is perfectly clean, dry, and has wooden floors—there is NO mold or dampness anywhere except inside your defective mattress!Stop using generic "environmental factors" as a lazy excuse to avoid your legal responsibilities. I have documented my entire room and the mattress on video. My bedroom has laminate flooring, absolute zero damp issues, and perfect ventilation.The mold and yellow stains are coming strictly from the internal layers of your poor-quality materials, despite using a mattress protector since day one. Declaring a structural failure as "external damage" from a phone screen without sending a professional inspector is completely fraudulent. I reject your decision and will make sure every potential customer sees the evidence of how you void warranties to scam buyers.

The quality of the mattress is second to none the best on the market we had bought 5 or 6 in the last few years and all have ended up in the heart foundation charity shop as they were so uncomfortable but I can say that this one is going NO were, and with the 200 night tryout and a 15 years guarantee what more can you ask for, easy to order good delivery service really AND A GREAT PRICE WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR

Delivery problems, but okay for a guest room mattress
A lot of problems with their delivery service, which try as they might, the seller of these mattresses could not really sort out.
Delivery was not to my door, or anything to what they describe on their website. If, however you need a cheapish mattress for a short period of time, the mattress itself is alright.

Terrible company
So, I have ordered 3 mattress from origin, two double and one super king size, i wanted to have good quality sleep and i want my kids have good quality sleep,they mattresses are wery nice and comfortable, unfortunately my super king size is giving me back pain wery badly, so I decided to return the super king and then he'll has started, first they didn't want accept that i change address, what is completely joke for me, eventually they said they will come and collect the mattress 200cm/180cm , two guys (they courier ) come to my house and decided to take out mattress from second floor 🤦♀️ damaged my wall, stuck and give up on taking my mattress, im completely furious about whole situation, the support team told me they don't take responsibility for they own courier 🤦♀️ another joke, and sience Monday no a word from them even they promise me on Saturday, that by Monday they will get back to me, today is Thursday, quiet. Im not going to leave this in that way and I do everything what necessary they give me money back for fix wall and for painting + money from the mattress,when they collectet in the right way, they knew i have room on second floor beacuse i did told them, instead of sending someone with vaccum hover they send two people who not use brain 🤦♀️
Think more than twice before you decide buy mattress from Origin 😬
