I am new to the world of PC gaming, so I contacted Origin PC to help me with my needs. I’m sure dealing with me was like talking to a child about graphics cards, etc. Odette was incredibly helpful and made the experience so easy, listing out all the best parts for the build and explaining why to buy which part. I am so thankful for the customer service provided, they answered all my questions thoroughly and I feel like I actually learned something. Thank you for your help Odette, you are fantastic!

I was able to live chat with someone really quick and not only that but the person was actually helpful with my questions.

Flex C. went the extra mile a few times and made sure that everything went smoothly; it was a real pleasure to work with them.

This was quite a large purchase for me and I had some buyer's remorse a day or two after I initially placed the order, but it is worth every single penny. This is the most top shelf machine I have ever owned as usually I buy a two or three generations back because, frankly, I'm cheap. Ha ha! But I'm not getting any younger and wanted to buy a GREAT machine for once and this is, indeed, a FANTASTIC machine. I'm very happy with it and would easily recommend Origin to anyone looking for a new PC.

Great customer service. It was a great experience from ordering to delivery. The computer is quality build. Customer service was great. Flex with customer support was responsive and pleasant.

Minimal time with AI to pass along my issues to a real person, Flex, who was able to handle and explain my issues with a rejected bank charge and also rectify the order placed not showing up in my account.

The experience was just over all exceptional. From the customer service to the 24/7 live chat. Origin Pc is always willing to help the customer. Now speaking of the computer itself. There’s nothing that comes close to the quality and performance that Origin Pc obtains in their builds. My pc came undamaged and was shipped quickly.

Flex did an absolutely amazing job guiding me to the correct PC for my son. He explained the black Friday prices and was very professional in his interaction.

I've been building my own PCs since the 90s and this is the first time I've bought one built for me. The components offered were pretty much the same components I would've chosen for myself. The service was great, the PC is very nicely put together, and everything was so easy. I don't know how they do it, but it only cost a few $100 more than had I done it myself. Really amazing work and I will definitely use Origin again.

I forgot to say... Another nice thing was there wasn't any bloated software installed. It's a clean out-of-box-experience install of Windows.

Quick response time, accurate and honest. Bryant did a good job of handling a relatively stupid question of mine with grace.

Update had to get more help from Odette N with build recommendations. As I now plan to buy and put in my own GPU. I learned I can request them to pre wire for me so it is easier to install, which I will utilize.

This was my first time buying a PC from Origin and it was great. The whole process was smooth. Plus Flex C. kept checking in and providing updates. That was a new experience. I appreciated it. My new PC is running great too. It is sooo quiet, my laptop is louder. Anyway, great experience.

Everything was sensational from start to finish.Flex and the sales team, the production team, and the delivery were all top tier. My PC came looking perfect and it runs genuinely anything I want at top specs. I will recommended Origin to genuinly everyone I know in the future

From the second I bought my new PC, I was informed on what was going on with it. I was lucky enough to have Jay F. as my correspondent. He updated me every step of the way with exactly where my PC was in the process. They gave me a 2 week time until shipment and they had out 10 days before that deadline.

When I received the PC, Jay immediately reached out to make sure I got it and asked if I needed any assistance with setting it up or if I had questions.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a PC and now, Origin will be the only company I buy a PC from.

Well first and foremost, I would like to thank Oliver for being awesome support. Oliver provided me with all the information I needed to know about my purchase. ( I thought it was very nice bc most places aren’t open for a conversation) What I am trying to say here is that ORIGIN PC shows CARE that’s what really warmed my heart lol
