Straightforward and reliable process to get money back from excess rent!
I found out about Orimlig Hyra through my mailbox. They had sent me an advertisement about their service in the mailbox, and I did my research on what service they provide. At first, I was skeptical about the service, because it sounded "too good to be true". However, after looking at reviews on trust pilot and entering my rent information to get a estimated price for paying excess rent, I decided to go ahead with the service. After 48 hours of agreeing to the price they offered me and signing the power of attorney, I received the full amount I agreed to in my bank account. Very easy and straightforward process for those who are or have been paying too high rent from a 2nd hand rent contract. Would recommend!

great help - But not as fast as they claim
Generally, we really appreciated the help we got through Orimlih Hyra! - and they made the process super easy, we didn't have to do much ourselves.
The reason we dont give 5 starts is the fact that they do take 30% of the amount if you are entitled to anyting, which would be fine if the process was as fast as their website claims. However for us it took almost 7 months, for the case to be settled and till we had the money. Which i think is a little miss-informed in regards to their website. And when we asked if we could get the money faster seeing as we where moving out of the country, the reply was that we could, but then they would take 35% - which at this point we had already won the case.
So of course we are grateful or their help, and the minimum work we had to do - however take their website with a gram of salt and expect it to take longer than what they state.

Sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with us. Usually when everything is in order we pay out within 48 hours, but this case was an exception as we had an unusually high amount of applications at the time.
On the plus side, we’re glad that we were able to get you approximately 60% more than if you had gotten money directly as our lawyer saw that additional evidence could be used to convince the rent tribunal of a higher payback.
