Can really feel the difference since adding this into my routine

I got some ashwagandha powder and the stuff brilliant, I take before bed with some warm almond milk and my sleep score, rem sleep & deep sleep has significantly improved, I highly recommend. Also great service from Orinoco 😁

I have the well being mix and shilajit I mix them into my morning hot drink (tea/coffee) it’s a no fuss way to make sure get these valuable nutrients. Exercising your mind and body regularly and eating a well balanced diet is important and incorporating the Orinoco products into this routine means you're covering all the bases. 20 ish £ a month for essential ingredients with unique properties that you can’t acquire anywhere else just makes sense!
