Item still not received. Wish I had read the reviews earlier, I’m not hopeful I will ever receive the item after reading the reviews.

Shocking company. Avoid avoid avoid! I have sent customer services over 10 emails about my missing order. No reply absolute worst complany. Now having to claim a refund through my bank instead.

Not received after 2 weeks no communication at all after email sent.

I did not get the item sent 3 email still no item and no reply

Never ever had my order sent out. I requested money return, still haven't heared back from them. What a disappoitment. Disgraceful! Don't buy of them.I've lost £110.

I would give zero stars if I could. Never received my order, never received a reply to my email but keep receiving emails from them asking if I’m enjoying my piece. I did dispute with my bank and received a refund but I would avoid this website

Item arrived not as advertised and it's not true to size. I've requested a refund 3 times and to no avail.

Emails get ignored and the customer phone line says 'mailbox full' probably been charged more than the product trying to reach them on the phone for a return.

All I wanted was a return label- do not bother buying ANYTHING from here.

I think this company is a scam as my order has not arrived and I asked for refund but now my order details on shop website is not showing at all.

Haven’t received the product after 2-3 weeks, suit bought for a wedding this Monday and no tracking updates since purchase….

Surprised to be asked to review as item not even received. If I had read other reviews about delays with delivery I would not have ordered.

My order tracking has not updated since 8th June. Emailed several times as this was needed for today. Crappy emails back with no real resolution. Just want my money back!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The clothing item I ordered bore very little resemblance to the image on the website and was of poor quality. I will not order from here again.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. Ordered a suit for my son’s prom and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed them numerous times and has no response. Terrible company with terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could! Do better!!!!!
