DONT deal with this company

DONT deal with this company. Takes your money, gives an order number and goods don't arrive regardless of how many times one writes to the company. Pity they don't have pay by pay pal or else we could get our money back.

Bad - very bad

Bad, bad, bad.
Product turned up, wrong colour. They offered a partial refund to rectify the issue. I want my money back, but they refuse. I'll be contacting my credit card provider.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in August

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in August, we are November tomorrow, still no shoes, €80 lost; I’d even bought a handbag elsewhere to match one of the pairs. No website. Sent an email but no reply. To whom can I report this? With an email or phone number if anyone reading this can advise. I’m gutted 😭

SCAM WEBSITE BE AWARE

If I could give zero I would. Beware!!! This is a scam website claiming to be based in Galway. The products are pure rubbish. I tried to get my money back by raising a dispute with revolut with no luck. I have emailed them numerous times. At first they replied saying they were from Galway they just post from China because they are a global business. They are no longer replying to my emails about returning their rubbish and getting my money back.

A total scam

I ordered a lamp on August and it never arrived. I have sent three emails and have received no reply. I was initially told that there would be a slight delay as they had not finished hand crafting it, but when I received a tracking number, it turned out that it was being shipped from China. I imagine that Orla and Fiona are in fact two old men sitting in China laughing at all the people they have scammed.

Desperate and ongoing

Desperate. I ordered and paid in full in August for 2 pieces if clothing and still don't have my order.
Pure BS implying a Galway company which was why I ordered in support.
I have wasted my money and hope no-one else does moving forward. Apparently items are being shipped from China👎👎👎👎

BEWARE THESE ARE SCAMMERS

BEWARE – This is a Scam!

This website is completely fake. The so-called store in Galway does not exist, it’s entirely fabricated. These scammers are offering cheap products from China on this site at hugely inflated prices. All items ship directly from China, which is likely where these scammers are actually based. There is no "Orla and Fiona" store in Galway, it’s just part of the scam.

If you really want these products, skip these middlemen/conmen and order directly from AliExpress at a fraction of the cost. I can’t believe I fell for this myself.

Their return policy is also a scam. They won’t provide a legitimate address for returns because legal action could be taken against them. Instead, they’ll offer endless excuses and partial refunds (10%–50%), which still lets them profit. If you refuse their partial refund offers, they’ll simply stop responding.

Avoid at all costs.

Scam site

Scam site. I would give it no stars. Ordered a pair of shoes weeks ago. Got notice to say they were delivered Sunday last. No shoes , no response to several emails sent. These scam sites are popping up a lot. They are all targeting Galway at the minute.

Stay away from this scam

All the negative reviews are spot-on. This isn’t a small Irish business but a Chinese scam company. The quality is poor and their return address doesn’t exist. Stay away.

SCAM. NOT REAL. CHEAP FROM CHINA

I can't believe I fell for this. So careful...seen advert on social. Stepped off social to check out that was a legitimate company....genuine website with lovely photo of Orla & Fiona in Galway.....total sh*t....taken near 4 weeks to arrive and I could have bought better shoes and earrings from the euro shop. Will report to consumer watchdog....as only now reading the below (which I should have checked first) I'm not the only one scammed. So frustrating think you're supporting local Irish business 🙄 #mug 🙈🙈
