I chose 2 initials and a charm to go on a bracelet and after ordering realised that I wanted them in a certain order. I emailed Orli with my request and had a reply back confirming my request. Kept up to date with delivery and when received I am really delighted with my purchase. Lovely sturdy chain, initials just the right size and looks far more expensive than it was. Packaging was attractive also. I would recommend ordering from Orli.

My necklace from Orli arrived today . I absolutely love it. I am going to wear it at my daughters wedding. It will look lovely with my outfit. I will be buying more from Orli and recommending them to friends and family .

I ordered an engraved heart and birthstone knotted bangle for a family member. The bangle arrived beautifully packaged in tissue paper within a box, which I had also ordered. I couldn't resist taking a peek, and am very happy with my purchase and I know my niece is going to love it. Thank you!

Lovely Earrings, bought some birthstone hoop earrings to match a necklace that my late mother left to me. Will be wearing them both to my son’s wedding so that I feel she will be part of it .

Royal mail sent to wrong sorting office. Box arrived very battered. Luckily bracelet is okay.
Ordered 27 March and didn't arrive until today 4 April.
