If you have a problem with this company it is impossible to get in contact whether via their email, website contact form or telephone number. (Disconnected each time).
As an ethical consumer, I was prepared to pay extra to buy directly from the brand rather than Amazon. My order arrived in an ugly repackaged box and it was an Amazon return complete with enclosed shipping details from the original buyer. It was a gift for a friend.
Sadly, don’t buy direct. And don’t buy it as a gift as you risk it not looking like new. Waste of money.

Teapot was brilliant and worked well. Sometimes little things aren't perfect but this was dealt with quickly and with good grace and a replacement arrived quickly.
