Although there was a somewhat lengthy lead time for the items I’d ordered I was informed of this promptly and accurately. I was notified again when the expected delivery would be made and given the option to change the day so as to ensure I would present to accept delivery. The items were carefully packed and accurate. Good communication and a professional service. I would feel confidant ordering again.

Charlie managed to order up two audio transformers (Lundahl) both of which no-one else seemed to have in stock and/or had a ridiculous price tag attached. The transformers came to me earlier than original predicted and at a great price. Would not hesitate to order from Orso Audio again for all our studio transformer/kit maintenance needs.

Good communication. Although there is a delay in shipping between lundahl and orso, once they received the goods, immediately they shipped to me. I received it in 8 days (In India). Good packing.
