Do not order from this company. They are not Orthofeet!! Shoes must be returned to China on your dime. Very poorly made. Stay away!!!!

Don't go near this company, they are a bunch of thieves.
I pair for a pair of shoes in June 2024, I am still waiting for them.
In fact, I finally gave up with them, cancelled my order August 2024, keep getting Mickey Mouse replies from Sophie.
I chased again today and tried to find the address of the shop in London. It wasnt available online..
It upsets the hell out of me I have to give them One star. Trustpilot should run Plus 1-2-3-4-5 stars if you have something good to say about a company and Minus 1-2-3-4-5 for people and companies that shouldnt be trading. This lot would get a minus 5 from me.

I would give zero stars if I could. Complete scammers. Product size is tiny. They won't give an address for returns. They wanted to see if my product was really too small for me, so I tried it on and they then said it had been worn!!

I am also deceived recently. This website has been created to cheat people and make a big scam. This is a big conspiracy to extort money from people.

I ordered 2 pairs totalling around £60, they were too small, I sent them back to the address on the delivery label. The next day i sent them an email saying that I’d sent them back at my expense. Only to be told that was their distribution depot and that I had to send them back to China. What a lot of rubbish.
I was under the impression this was a British company.
I did pay for them by credit card so I’ll get in touch with them to see if they can help. I quite liked them, I only wanted a bigger size. What a rip off!!!

Took 4 weeks to deliver in a paper bag ! and then the wrong size ! Would not refund th emoney until I paid to ship them back to China ! Or they will offer me 30% discount !

Ordered size 9, size 8 was delivered and was told I had to send them back to China at my own expense. Is everything an effin scam these days. I will NEVER knowingly buy anything that comes from China again.

Pity there's no zero star option. Their website is designed to give the impression of a well respected UK business. Just about everything there is a lie. Ordered size 10 shoes but size 9 arrived from China after 3 weeks. They're not even that big, more like 7 & a very narrow fitting. Rejected goods & asked for refund. Like others I was told to return goods to China at my expense. My card issuer will raise a dispute after the standard 15 days. Have also reported the supplier to Action Fraud.

I was about to buy these and looked on the advert on Facebook. It said Trustpilot 4.5! I sent them a question via email regarding waterproof or not. Then I decided to look them up. On their Facebook page the reviews are terrible and some have been taken down. There are copyright problems too and they have the right to appeal. But they are not saying anything. I won’t be ordering as I believe now that they are scammers On here trustpilot is actually 1.

As suggested, I ordered a bigger size, ie UK 11, which is an EU46. Shoes sent were a 44 ie UK 9.5. The only of contacting them is via email. The replies tell me goods can only be returned to China at my expense! I have explained the WRONG goods were sent, so not my fault, and up to them to pay for the return. Surely this is a breach of consumer legislation? Quality also looks a bit dubious, but I just want a pair of shoes that fit! What can be done??

False advertising to start with. Website says shipped locally but they came from China. They did turn up later than advised. Ordered Size 8 but more like a very small 7. Surprised I actually received them but they are certainly not true sizes at all and definitely not shipped from London. I can honestly say very comfortable but would be better with correct sizing. Be wary!

Scammers - beware!

As soon as you place an order with them they will do nothing to help, I asked for a cancellation almost immediately and they ignored the email, shipped the products, and only then replied to say something along the lines of 'there is nothing we can do for you now, go through returns after you receive the goods'.

The products arrived after quite a bit longer than their promised 5-10 days (clearly sent directly from China), and sizing is inaccurate. Quality is questionable at best. These are cheap products that are worth 5% of what they are priced at.

This was ultimately resolved via a dispute through the credit card company, who reversed the transaction.

They sent the wrong size shoe I ordered size 11 and received size 10. I have tried to contact them to return the shoes and get a refund, emailed twice and filled in the form on their Website so far no reply.
In conclusion in my opinion it is best not to buy from this company.

Same as everyone else, ordered 2 pair, thought they were a London company, wrong size came. Have to pay shipping costs to China or accept 20%. Absolute con!

Do not use this company. The name is misleading, trainers are shipped from china, and the sizes are incorrect. They also sent the wrong colour. When I tried to return them I had to return them to china from the uk and pay the postage.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Their logo misled me into believing that this is a London based company. It is a Chinese company, registered in Belfast, with no apparent connection to London at all. Their so called orthopaedic shoes are cheaply made, so narrow that only a child could wear them and have no arch support, which one would expect from an orthopaedic shoe. At their choice, they ship direct from China and lead you to believe that shipping costs are all included. Not the case! If you wish to return the item, YOU are responsible for the return cost to CHINA as they do not accept returns in the UK. It will probably cost more than the shoes I bought. I have reported them to Facebook and to Action Fraud because I am disgusted with them and with myself for not looking at Trustpilot in the first instance!

How I wish I had read reviews before I purchased a pair of what were described as Orthopaedic trainers, I assumed (wrongly) that the company was based in London it was only when my order was acknowledged that I realised they were coming from China! No way to cancel order and took 14 days to arrive, they are a total pile of s**t! Not worry the £35 I paid, they are worth £10 at best, wrong colour they just about fit but will definitely not suitable for supporting my foot problems, they are going to the charity shop as I am not paying more money to return to China! Why Facebook allow companies like this to advertise is beyond me. I am considering contacting trading standards to see if they can do anything!

A complete scam, half the order arrived, shoes were very poor quality and the wrong size. no response from the contact system. Trust pilot have removed the site,

A DISGRACEFUL SCAM. Required a size 9.5 received a ballerina size shoe, of course can’t return them so they will arrive shortly at the local Charity Shop.

Oh NEVER AGAIN Facebook you should stop this type of scamming or maybe you encourage it as you have too much to lose. !! .
