Ordered a posture corrector on 17th February. 10 days ago I contacted support at the tracker was showing it still had 16 days to ship. Support contacted me the next day to tell me that it would be delivered in 6-8 days. 9 days later, tracker is showing it ships in 26 days. I have contacted support to ask for a refund. Still waiting for a reply.

I have been trying to reach these people now since I got the item, which was used and had no tags so the return page says they won't accept it. This outfit is a complete scam, the product doesn't work, and i am contacting my bank for a refund because then the bank will investigate this company. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE as promised, either. Don't be ripped off, don't buy from them.

I found that there is no way to start a return on the website. I had to search the fine print to find out that I had to send an email to obtain return instructions. The first email reply simply asked why I wanted to return. I proved that information, and again requested information on return process. The second reply:

Option 1: The most we can offer is a 30% refund and you can still keep the item(s).

Option 2: You can return the item(s) to our warehouse and then we will initiate the full refund once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let us know and we'll provide you with the return address and return instructions. Also, you have to pay the return 'shipping fees' by yourself.
I was instructed that I had to give them my choice before they sent me return instructions. THREE EMAILS to just get a return address. This is completely unprofessional and smacks of scam. I do not hold out hope for a refund. I would never recommend this company!

Absolutely Rubbish all round. Items come from China, supplier ignores emails and when the item actually does arrive almost 8 weeks later the size is supposed to fit an adult size medium BUT you would be lucky for it to fit a very small child. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

No phone number to call. So hard to even find any way of contacting these people. They don't want you to reach them it seems after they take your money.
The how to instructions and diagram make no sense. And don't match the look of the product at all. I have been waiting 20 days for a reply to my email. Attached photos etc. I have no idea if my product is broken/faulty, flimsy, in need of some other part or just plain lousy.

I have to say im very very happy indeed, after ordering the wrong size i was sent the correct size absolutly free. i wear my orthoflexics every day for 3-4 hours. after a weeks use i stand taller with less back aches.

as a fashion designer I feel the design could be re designed to be even more supportive and more comfortable, but over all for the time i wear it its great.

Ordered a pair of elbow supports on 7th September, still waiting on the 15th October. The issue is using Evri to deliver and they have not delivered, it is stuck on out for delivery. Whilst it is a delivery company issue I was told to contact Evri myself (impossible, you can only talk to a chat bot). I already asked for a refund, but their reply was to contact Evri, as apparently they are unable to, and did not comment on my request. I have asked yet again for a refund. Sounds like a good company if nothing goes wrong, but for me they aren't great.

Delivery arrived after 11 days.
They should really let you know it comes from China before the purchase stage.

When ordering from the Orthoflexics website I didn't realize that the knee sleaves I ordered were shipped from China. I paid £30.51 thinking it was an upmarket product. Delivery was slow. On receipt I can see that these look exactly the same as the BESKEY ones listed on Amazon for £9.98. Orthoflexics say they are happy to take returns but their policy is that I pay for the return, presumably to China. My stupidity has cost me £20 which I'll put down to experience.

Delivery on time and the product provides good support, my father liked the 1st one I got him and hence we ordered a second one , he has used several different brands but he does like this one the best of all .

Bought this for my eighty-year-old father, and he loves it. He wears it just about every day

I have been using these knee compression sleeves for about 6 months now. I wash them weekly and I have experienced no problems. Highly recommend. I like to jump rope for exercise and these sleeves provide support for my knees.

I ordered a Back brace, i am very impressed with both the product and the exceptional customer service. After living with badly damaged spine and both hips, for over thirty years, i have tried many belts, this one is by far the best, it has excellent depth thus can secure both hips AND spine, in one, material quality and stability are faultless. An excellent buy.

Great Company with excellent customer service. I ordered a knee brace without measuring first and they sent a free replacement including shipping. Also, no return was required; I was able to pass the wrong-sized one on to someone else. Alex was a great help throughout the process!

Have wore them for one week , no relief!
Size is comfortable and fits good, have worn them for four hours each day, standing and walking, legs and ankle are very sore and swollen, not impressed, wasted my money!

This works great for those of us working from home or at the office and are at a desk all day. Fits perfectly on the chair, and keeps my back straight and aligned.

The Posture Corrector PRO Works Wonders Description: I've got the Posture Corrector PRO a couple of weeks ago, and I'm already felling that my posture is much better. I've got the package within a week.
