⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY — DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

I ordered shoes from Orthofreund because their website gave me the clear impression that this was a Swiss company. I trusted the website and, importantly, I trusted PayPal as the payment method.

The shoes were NEVER delivered.

What I found afterwards was even more alarming: when I checked my PayPal account, I discovered that a RECURRING / AUTOMATIC PAYMENT had been set up for this merchant. I was not aware that I had agreed to any monthly payment or subscription.

This is extremely concerning and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable.

I immediately cancelled the automatic payment through PayPal and opened a dispute because I never received the goods.

I strongly recommend that anyone who has ever ordered from Orthofreund check their PayPal account carefully and look specifically for any automatic or recurring payment authorization. Do not assume that because you paid through PayPal, there cannot be any further charges.

The way this company presents itself, combined with the non-delivery of my order and the unexpected recurring payment authorization I discovered in my PayPal account, has completely destroyed my trust.

This has been an extremely unpleasant and alarming experience. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Please be extremely careful and CHECK YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT if you have ever purchased from this website.

I have received my package and I need to return a product following their Return Policy but after sent 3 messages requesting authorization to return the product they have not answered to my emails yet. I have sent my messages in English and German and no news at the time being.

This site is a scam. I order hiking shoes. They were sent from China. As soon as I received them i understood i was scammed. I paid 100 CHF (100 EUR) for the shoes and the quality is a pair of shoes you could buy on TEMU for 3 EUR. I tried to get in touch with the after sales. But they never answer back. They once answered and said that if i want to be refunded i had to send the shoes to Germany on my own expense (roughly 25 EUR to send the parcel) and they informed me that if i kept the shoes they would refund me 50% and if i send the shoes (with the costs associated with the invoice to Germany) I’ll get refunded 100%. I paid 25 EUR to send the parcel to Germany but the parcel was returned to me as I do believe the address doesn’t exist. I sent them several e-mails and they don’t answer back. I contacted my credit card and hopefully they will reimburse me. This site is a total scam and the police must investigate

Three weeks until delivery! The website gives the impression that it sells high-quality products. The “orthopedic socks” I purchased have no label, no declaration, and no indication that they are actually orthopedic items. The quality is acceptable, but does not meet my expectations for this price. At least my order arrived.
