I made a purchase of a single item as a first time customer. The delivery was fast and the item as described and well priced. My experience could not have been better

Orthotix made me an appointment at very short notice and demonstrated a couple of their products which, unfortunately did not apply to the particular condition which was troubling me. However, they were generous with their advice and provided me with evidence to take back to my GP for further consultation. I am most grateful for this and would unhesitatingly recommend them.

I was told about the products of this company by one of he specialist of NHS, and he told me to purchase the Gel sleeves, last August.
It was a really painful to keep wearing it and after 3 hours on duty it has caused me blisters in the sole of my feet and was burning. I manage to complete my duty but the pain was even worse.
I have herniation of the fat tissue in both heels and work 12 hours on my feet, for a year and half it`s been a nightmare to keep working and I was really hoping it could help.
Anyway, I would never recommend this product, is not worth for the high price and after the 2nd wash the gel is even worse, 0 quality. Really decepcioned.

I'm very impressed with this company. This is my second order, both arrived the day after ordering. 24 hour Royal Mail tracked, no issues whatsoever. The items came well packaged and they are quality products which I am using for immediate relief. I ordered a night splint for my plantar fascitis, coupled with Achilles tendonitis, and an ankle support for wearing during the day. Quality products, outstanding service, what's not to like? Thankyou Orthotix.

This company has an excellent customer relationship.
I ordered a pair of medium sized hernia boxers and they were delivered in a couple of days. Unfortunately although excellent quality they were unsuitable for me because of access when needing to urinate because of bladder problem could be quite often.
Followed instructions as per return form and posted back to Wales. Parcel was delivered back Saturday morning 11.30.
Phoned in on Monday morning and spoke to Vicky who was very helpful and suggested looking first at a different style of boxer they and gave me link. I did this and it was still unsuitable so informed Vicky by email to go ahead with the refund.
This was paid back to my Paypal account this morning. Excellent,

No appointment needed, just walked in to their clinic in Canton and the lady helped fit a knee support to help with my instability. They had a wide range of medically approved supports available and the price was very reasonable.

I ordered a spiral knee sleeve and it came in 2 days, well packed and it is fantastic, my sprained knee is happier:) Absolutely will order again if I need to, though I hope I won't have to, I'm sure you understand, many thanks!

I ordered short air boot from this site. Received boot which was not easy to put on so I had to return it. But return label wasn’t sent with boot. I called to customer service asking for return label. Customer adviser said that return label will be send to my email. I haven’t got printer at home and asked to send label by post as I had fracture in leg and couldn’t walk but it was refused. I had to ask neighbour to go to library and print return label. Then boot was returned to Orthotics, on 1.08.23 I received confirmation that my order 98050 was refunded. On 11.08 I still didn’t receive money back, had to call customer service again and find out that money wasn’t sent to my PayPal account …? After phone call to Orthotics money was returned in 20 minutes. From my experience I wouldn’t suggest to touch this careless company .

I bought one of their surgical boots for a serious foot problem I have. Superfast delivery, arrived day after order. Medium size proved too small, so I re-ordered a large, but because of the problems specific to my foot it too was unsuitable. I returned both and received full refunds quickly and without question. I also had rung for advice and was called back within 5 minutes. Given their excellent customer service I highly recommend them, and although my serious foot problem warranted a different solution, they will be my first port of call if I have future less serious problems.

Quick delivery, not bad choice of products. Staff is responsive when you phone them. Had an issue with a missed delivery but was rectified.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. Great medical products, good value, great staff, super quick delivery and fantastic customer service.

The girls on the phone are a credit to this company - well done!! An absolute delight. Their friendly attitude and calm manner was very much appreciated after the day I'd had up until that point.
