I unfortunately purchased from these scammers and checked trust pilot afterwards and then my heart sank. Seresto collars are fake counterfeit goods and I checked with Elanco Spain who confirmed the serial number and batch numbers were not their goods. I then had to open a case with CaixaBank and also reported this company to Google as they're openly allowing them to sell on their platform. Nothing from Google but CaixaBank, after submitting proof from Elanco the goods were fake, got a full refund. This company are risking your beloved animals life, do not purchase from them and if you make the same mistake I did, open a case with your bank as this company are scamming people.
