Terrible. I bought a pillow and was deceived by the picture on the site, which looked different than the actual pillow. I asked to return the pillow and explained the situation. They charged me 5€ to send it back. Once they received the pillow, they said it was stained and for that reason was not eligible for a return, and if I wanted, I could have it back if I paid more 3€. Funny thing is that I never used the pillow, I simply took it out the package and once I saw it was not what I wanted, I store it in its original package. They are complete thieves, sell bad products, deceive clients and then try to extort more money. I absolutely recommend you NOT TO BUY ANYTHING HERE.
Everything went wrong. Express service does not exist. Shipment arrived too late and refund refused when i returned the articles in the original unopend packaging. Liers and thiefs stating it had been used.
The express service is a lie as it only counts after the product leaves their facilities.
Furthermore they state “48 working hours” not days, so in theory it can take even longer than the regular one.
Very bad service. They sent me the wrong item and it was very difficult to send it back. I had to open a dispute (PayPal) and still no resolution...
