To discourage customers from making a return...those customers who do not return there products will be entered into a draw for the latest iPhone....no date given as to when the draw will take place....so another scam in the making....beware as always
This is a scam company reported them through my building society who were very helpful after 15 days of waiting for a 5 to 9 day delivery. After reporting it my trainers were delivered 4 days later came in a plastic bag no branded packaging. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE look nothing like advertised product and no details for returns or refund.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ortosole are scammers as this is really disappointing as I did not get what I ordered for. What's your return policy please? It's took ages before this fake made footwear arrived just now.
Ordered from them two weeks ago. Said delivery would be in 3 to six days. Contacted them by e-mail as there is no connected phone number. They replied that they are having problems with the courier. This sounds like a dodgy deal.
Ordered trainers 12 days ago and have still not received anything and all i get is details has been received. I have been looking for this trainers type for awhile now and thought nice one will have for my Bday but doesn't look like it. Update to my post trainers came they are the correct size and colour, so apart from bad delivery everything was great the trainers themselves are really comfortable and look great.
