the sizing for the madras plaid pant (even though it said XS was my correct size) is a bit tighter than anticipated. The other pant (which I ordered in S) was perfect. It is loose like indicated.

The clothes are lovely

The clothes are lovely. They fit well, feel very comfortable and look great on.
Delivery took longer than I had expected and at first I was worried I might have ordered from a dodgy company but they were just making sure they did a good job.

The pants are bright and cheerful

The pants are bright and cheerful, but the elastic waist is fairly tight for the small size. I take a size 8 or XS Australian, and found the small size just right in the hips etc, but tighter in the waist. But still very wearable.

NO HELP WITH EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

The garments didn't fit. I sent at least two emails to them to see how to exchange or return them and never received an answer. I guess I am stuck with them. I would NOT recommend anyone buying from this company. The items were poor quality as well.

Received my order that my husband…

Received my order that my husband bought me, however I wanted to exchange the items for different ones and was told no, I said to refund the money on my husbands credit card and forget about the exchange, received no response so far, I have had to email them 3 times

Order came faster than expected

Placed my order and was hoping to receive items before a vacation I did not have the option to express ship When reaching out to see if I could expedite my order I was told I couldn’t and that one item was on back order They gave me the option to cancel the back ordered item and send the remaining items Low and behold the items arrived two days before my vacation I was very surprised the email communication was responsive and I was very happy with their communication

Do not order from them ever!

They only sent part of my order. It took weeks to get the first part, then demanded I pay another 16.00 to get the balance of my order. The quality of the fabric is flimsy and they will only take returns if there is a sewing error. Even though different parts of the website say 60 day return and 365 guarantee. This is very deceptive.
