Beautiful dress, great fit and will order again!

The dresses look nothing like in the picture. They are of very cheap quality. Customer service hasn’t replied to my email I sent them last week! Do not order from this website. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

They have horrible return policy. There is no address to send back. Clothes are not sized to American women, as I always can wear an XXL. The tops I ordered were way too small. Couldn't even get my arms in them. Looks like they were made for children. Fabric was very thin. When you do contact customer service they try to barter and not give full refund, and tell you to keep the items. (Why when one cannot wear them???) Still will not give out a return address.

I wish there were more photos of the items, showing front, side, and back views. The items are decent quality but not as quite as nice as they looked on the site. Also, not a huge deal, but it was a bit frustrating to have been notified that my items had shipped but then the tracking information never updated until the package arrived.

I took a chance and bought two of the cutest dresses. I don’t always have the best of luck bc I’m short and what looks good on a model doesn’t always look good on me. But they both fit and look amazing. I already know the events I’m wearing them both to. I’ll be buying from Orwyy more often

I’ve waited too long (2 weeks) and still don’t have a response in customer chat. Just need return info. Most online merchants realize how important time is to the customer and have return policy printed on all transactions .

The clothes were well made but the dress was bigger than expected. The quality was good. It took a while to be delivered and it worried me but I received the items and they looked as in the pictures

The clothes are nice, good quality, and unique pieces I don't think I'll see many people wearing. The downside is the lack of transparency around shipping. It's OK that it takes a 2+ weeks to get the product, just be transparent about it and send updates that make sense. At this point, I've ordered enough from you that I know what to expect, but it's still annoying to do business with a brand that does not communicate shipping status.

Garments are poorly made and very cheap quality. Not at all like the photos. Sizing is a mess.
And customer service is a joke. Bot-like responses and no refunds despite sizing issues.

Quality, cut and design its great! Wasn't expecting it to be so good to be honest, I am not used to buy online so I got the size wrong but they are exchanging it for me and their costumer support it's been perfect!

The strap that goes around the neck has a huge snag in it. Not sure if i'm going to be able to fix it ordered another dress hoping this is better

It is not possible to contact their customer service and they have neither an American address nor a telephone number. The quality is so bad it's embarrassing and I would strongly recommend not buying anything from this company. You might get your items but you cannot return them.

This company has a great website and the clothes are really cute. One dress didn't arrive and when I emailed customer service, I was told it was out of stock and they refunded me immediately. The dresses I ordered fit great, one being of thinner material than I expected but overall both dresses are great. I'll order again from this company.
