I have not received my briefs that i ordered a month ago. Had some initial communication but that has stopped. I am going to ask for a full refund today.
A product that may have helped me on a daily basis, guess ill never know. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 6 pairs 8xl. Took nearly a month to arrive. On opening I found that all 6 were XL size only. I emailed last Friday, 1 August. I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent reminders. I’ve checked my order, definitely 8xl.

Now received the correct 8xl size. Nice material, appear well constructed. But it’s taken an extra month. Plus the sizing doesn’t run true. These aren’t 8xl. They’re nearer 6xl and unwearable.

Product is potentially good. Customer service is poor. My e-mails didn’t get through. Issue with their system, they say. Deliberate and by design, I suspect.

Don’t buy!

These are very comfortable and feel like normal briefs.
Best thing is feeling confident to venture out.

I heard a lot about Orykas and thought I would give them a try and so glad I did! I was extremely pleased with the result as they are very well made and as importantly extremely comfortable. They are also extremely eco-friendly as they use bamboo fabric certified by OEKO-TEX so you know you're doing your bit to help the environment which is so much needed! It really does give you such welcomed confidence knowing that you're well and truly covered if ever you were to get 'caught short' so to speak. The H/O are very helpful, supportive and really responsive to all mails. Go buy some as you will not be disappointed! Malcolm D

I had difficulty accessing the ordering system. Then Alice from Orykas support stepped in and organised it from her office in France to come to dear old Aussie land. They arrived as per the delivery schedule which detailed every step of the way where the goods were located etc.
What excellent service as well as polite, efficient and patient support staff.
The products are already in use and are of great comfort and reassurance to this 85 y.o. having recently undergone 6moght s of hormone treatment and 4 weeks of radiation for prostate cancer, leakage can be an issue.

I had trouble finding a solution for my incontience. I tried all types of diapers but found they still leak. I decided to try these based on what they claimed . They were right, they fit comfortably, don't leak and best of all, don't smell. I'm ordering more to save money

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of liquid help by the underwear held!! They are comfortable to wear all day or night!! It will definitely cut my budget for buying disposable underwear!!

When I started looking for a solution, Orykas looked like the best of the best to me. Although a bit pricey, I ordered one pair. When they arrived I knew within a few minutes of opening the package that everything was as they advertised. Within a few minutes of receiving my order, I ordered 6 more pair thinking that the cost didn't matter. When that order arrived last week I realized that if I had a few more pair, my laundry schedule wouldn't change. I scrolled back through my email to my first order and based on the price for one pair, I thought maybe my laundry schedule would be ok with just seven pair. Then I checked my first order of six and realized that the price each for one pair and the price each for six pair was significantly different. Makes sense since the amount of work involved to pick and ship one pair would be the same as picking and shipping six pair. So today I ordered an additional six pair and I am a really happy Customer. The price each for six pair is the same or less than any other product on the market, and the Orykas are far superior in what they do. Thank you Orykas.

I have felt drier for the first time in a long time.
It gives me confidence that I can travel overseas again.

There are a few issues shipping takes a while due to being based in France, but USA sites are coming. The waist bands tend to roll and could be better. The little extra pad is not worth the hassle it falls out and can be an embarrassing thing. They do fit tight so order one size larger.

The fabric is soft and high quality, and it absorbs way more than I expected. Feels like real underwear, not like those embarrassing adult diapers. I finally feel comfortable and confident again.

The pants were too small, no stretch at all. They didn’t even cover my butt. Just too short. So, make sure you consider your size and maybe go a bit bigger. After talking with support about a replacement for a few weeks of back and forth, I have now been promised a replacement in larger size and they're on their way.

While on a plane and can't make it to the toilet or it is occupied they help out while you wait they are comfortable to wear and soft to seat on great all round

Nothing good to say about my experience here. First, I purchased three of the briefs and it took an incredibly long time for them to be delivered, probably because they were coming from China or Taiwan or somewhere in that region.
When they arrived, I unpacked them and tried on a pair. They were very snug but I thought they might be okay. They weren't. They squashed my junk in a most uncomfortable way and even apart from that they were just plain uncomfortable.
I tried contacting the company to exchange for a larger size, as they indicate is allowed on the website. Nonsense. They told me that I would need to mail the underwear to someone else in the US who needed that size. If I did that, they would send me a larger size. I was astonished. I've never experienced an online clothing vendor who wouldn't simple exchange for the correct size.
So, the product is uncomfortable, they don't stand behind their promise to make an exchange, and the customer service was horrible. I would never purchase this product again.

The pants were absorbent and very comfortable !

Pro. Very comfortable.
Con. Overpriced. Leaked through at just over 100ml. Take forever to dry.

Received order or three boxers with gifts. On first use leaked within 30 minutes through fabric and out of sides. Useless to me but only receiving response of we can change unused items . I don’t want to change I want a r3fund as they do not meet the promise of the advertisement. No phone line I am expecting a protracted effort to get my money back

The Oryka pants are well designed and comfortable to wear

We placed an order on June 19th and have
not heard a reply when it will be shipped out.

Delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, but Alice in the office sorted everything out only because of a big influx of orders. Lovely company to deal with. The pants look of very good quality. Have not tried them yet.
