I went to O's Barbershop today to get my hair cut by Emil. I had been growing out my hair for a couple of months (with 1-2 barber visits) and told him several times that I did not want a big cut; he even said he understood it, as I mentioned it a lot. I also told him that I wanted to keep the length on the sides and the back and just clean it up a little, but he cut most of it off.

As I was turned away from the mirror, I could not see and intervene to what was happening until it was already done. At that point I just let him finish because the length I wanted to keep was already gone.

For 275kr as a student I expected more care and attention to what I clearly asked for. I had a reference photo with me, but he didn't want to see it, as he "clearly understood what I'm going for" which he unfortunately didn't.

Emil was kind, but I was unbelieveably disappointed by his service.
