Missing items with order
Never received the EZ Tension Ring or extra tube of gel as part of my original order. They were paid for in full, along with the ErecAid Manual System. The only item received was the ErecAid Manual System. These products are sold at premium prices, yet Osbon's customer service is nonexistent. So far, there have been 2 emails sent and 2 phone calls made. No response to the emails, and their phone number only receives messages with no response. That's a loss of about $70, and I am royally peeved. My urologist recommended them, and that's the big mistake: I just blindly followed the advice.
