Osborne Training - London
Osborne Training - London staff have been extremely helpful by swiftly responding to my request of booking a last minute exam within 2 working days before the day of the exam. I would like to give a huge thanks to Sohail and Tanuj who took a lot of time out of their working hours to speak to the professional body dealing with a complex issue that had restricted me from sitting any of my exams. Sohail had turned this around in a very short space of time allowing me to sit my exam on time with my due concessions such as 'extra time' without any problems. Tanuj had stayed overtime to continue invigilating me to accommodate the extra time and overall it was a high quality experience to be in the setting. I will definitely return to complete my final exam with them!

Review on Watford Training location
I received such good guidance and advice from Sohail at the Watford Training Centre.
Have now taken all but 1 of my exams each time I was treated with such kindness, that made this expereince for me, after many years of not studying, less daunting than I feared.

I like that the teacher had explained…
I like that the teacher had explained it with great simplicity and enjoyed its fast paced environment. However, I would like to add that it was too fast paced especially when we were having a lesson for one day per week. I understand that all the payroll basic were covered only in this course. Just my personal opinion, bit of in-depth introduction to the fundamentals regarding SSP, SMP & Holidays pay etc would have made this course everlasting. Although these stuffs were briefly covered in this course I have attended. Overall enjoyed learning with the Osborne training.

I booked an exam but at the wrong centre, I emailed them and they confirmed by email and called me that they managed to move the exam!

No note taking
In terms of teaching and resources Osborne Training is great. I struggled to retain my knowledge as we were advised not to take notes and I felt like a lot of the information went over my head whereas if I was taking notes I would have to be thinking about what was being said in order to write it down.
