I visited them in a hurry and I got gratefully surprised to find a nice dealing, superb conditions and a good vehicle for my needs.

Very easy and fast pick up, even offered for me to pick up a few hours early which was a bonus, nice clean car. Very easy and simple to return and fast responses for any questions.

Be careful with this service! They changed the price after reservation and payment for no reason. And if you're not willing to pay more, you'll lose your money and reservation (since the paid amount is non-refundable). They give you a competitive price (a little cheaper than the competition) just to charge you more later when you have no choice. Support helped me and added a one-time-discount, because I found this out one day before pick-up.

FRAUDSTERS. They gave me a dirty car and when I returned in 2 days they charged me €25 for cleaning from my deposit. I showed pictures of before & after renting but they didn’t give me full deposit. Later I found many reviews about their withholding the deposit money for longer periods. Get your rental from Avis at cheaper prices and better reliability.

I hired a car from Oscar in Cudón, Cantabria for a week in early October. My wife had also hired the same car 4 weeks before that when some of her friends were visiting us. The process of booking and organising pick up of the car was easy. The hire company was efficient and communicated well. We were able to leave our small car with them. Good price and friendly service.

L’Eliana Branch (near València). Really easy. Car had a few scrapes but they were relaxed, and I took photos. It was clean and drove nicely - Peugeot 3008 Diesel. Returning was equally no problem. They asked if any more damage and was it fuelled. Trusted my answers. Cool. Just FYI - the office is inside the Jeep dealership - across road from petrol station (handy for “full to full”). Simple, courteous, honest - fully recommend.

They left me stranded without a car in peak season and offered nothing more than a half-hearted apology and a taxi fare. I was forced to spend hundreds of pounds extra on a last-minute rental and lost an entire day.

They are merely a marketplace for car listings and take no real responsibility so don’t be surprised.

Don’t make the same mistake. Rent from a reputable company that owns and manages its own fleet so that when something goes wrong, they can actually help.

Very positive experience with friendly and very helpful staff (including the dog)! The pick-up point was a little out of the way and could be improved with confortable seats for customers whilst waiting, but on a personal and à technical level it was superb. The Mitsubishi Space Star is à great little car for à taller driver, and the person in charge went out of his way to drop us off in Tarragona at the end of our trip. Thank you for an excellent experience.

5 star experience. Unfortunately I don’t get the males name that served us but he couldn’t do more for us. He was so friendly and helpful. We had booked two cars for a party of 8 as it was cheaper than a 8+ seater upon arrival we were offered a 9 seater for the same price. 10mins taxi journey from Reus airport. The price was a lot cheaper and after reading reviews from the services in the e airport I looked into more local car hire services and so glad we did! The insurance and deposit options were very reasonable too unlike Goldcar who wanted €1400!

Efficient and very professional

We had an outstanding experience renting a car here. The vehicle was brand new, perfectly clean, and smelled fresh — clearly very well maintained. The consultant, Borja, was professional, friendly, and made the whole process effortless. He explained all the rules clearly and stayed in touch with us throughout the rental period to make sure everything was going smoothly.

A small tip for future renters: be attentive when selecting dates in the calendar. If you choose two days, the system will require you to return the car on the second day before 9:00 a.m., which will actually be calculated as just one full day of rent. Borja helpfully recommended simply extending the return time instead — an easy fix that saved us confusion.

Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel confident and well looked after. Highly recommended!
