I followed Oscar already on multiple platforms and thought about getting one of his courses a lot. When I got the chance to go to the Compass 360° I instantly took it. It was amazing! I find Oscar Karems Video topics in the personality class very good. He speaks/ discuss the topics very clear.
The "Is situation and what should be" for example helped me a lot to consciously examin my " Is situation and think consciously what do i want anyway.
Also the topic "personal surroundings" was very helffull for me .it made me conscious on what my surroundings is affecting my thoughts and emotions and how it influences my decisions in everyday life. It also give me the Courage to cut off contacts radically has begative influence on me.
The topic "Thankfullness" made me conscious of so many things which i could be thankfull with which i took for granted before.
When negative thoughts knock in again, i know now how to deal with it by exchanging it with thankfullness and positive thoughts .
The support team is also very friendly and helpfull👍.
Im still in the class.
Thats all i can say as of now😊👍
