⚠️ SCAM WARNING: Counterfeit Documents, Ignored Calls, & £1,250 Lost!

Do not trust Easy Global, Moris, or any of the positive reviews online most of them are clearly paid for. If you use this agency, your trouble and worries will begin the exact moment they take your money.
Here is the truth about how they operate and how they ruined my family's travel plans.

Before you pay, they contact you constantly and pretend to offer great service. Once they have your money, they actively avoid your calls and delay your application. They refuse to process anything until the absolute die minute either the day before or the actual day of your Visa Application Centre (VAC) appointment.

They do not use genuine documents. Instead, they book just one real hotel and flight reservation, fake the details by editing multiple clients' names onto it, and submit the duplicates to the embassy. Only the very first applicant gets the original, everyone else gets counterfeit paperwork.

I introduced my friends and family to this agency, and we all received the exact same fake documents. The embassy contacted us to ask which email was used for the bookings. I replied with the email Moris gave me. On Friday, 13 March 2026, my passport was returned with an official refusal letter stating my travel documents were counterfeit.

After this disaster, Moris called me, pleading to re process the application with genuine documents and asked me to delete the bad review about Easy Global then write a good review instead. I accepted to take off the review and paid a brand new visa fee at the VAC. While that specific application eventually went through, their crooked habits didn't change.

Today, 26 August 2026, a fresh application was officially refused again for the exact same reason and none solid justification for the intended purpose of stay, the completely unprofessional recycled document service carried out by Moris and Easy Global.

Direct Financial Loss of £1,250 Because they delay everything until the last second, I am forced to book travel in advance due to the country policy as told by Moris. I bought non refundable airline tickets for a family of four for our travel date on 18 September. Because of their continuous scamming, our visas are denied, the tickets are useless, and I am out £1,250.

Only the few of us who have actually used them understand the nightmare they put you through. Save your money, save your sanity, and apply elsewhere. Easy Global is not a genuine organization you can trust.

Its complete waste of money if some is going to pay this service and the whole team messed up with the application, now i lost my money around 400 euro and i have to cancel the whole journey to reshedule. please double think before you paying. once you paid they wont refund. Even there is no solution after dealing with manager aswell

Don't go for them.. They don't know anything... I paid them and both my time and money were wasted my Visa was rejected as they couldn't provide any complete documentation over repeated follow ups... I dont know who talked but they told their names as James, David and Jordan...
