Do not buy ca caravan at osea …
I own a caravan on osea and am writing this review in the hope that it will stop someone else from wasting their money. This company is a joke. When I bought the caravan they said I would get new fencing next year. This was 6 years ago. During lockdown we had to pay the full site fees without being able to use it for most of the year. When the tax break came in they decided to up the fees we paid so they kept the additional money the tax break gave. They waste money on ridiculous things like a train to go round the camp that no one wanted and worked once. They NEVER listen to the owners. We had a Facebook group which they disbanded because they didn’t want to deal with any negative comments. They forced everyone into a 12 month licence. People are leaving left right and centre and just walking away from the vans as they don’t give you any money back from them. Do not get involved with this company.
