I bought the White lace long dress with top with wide sleeves and it arrived in about ten days. The dress is really beautiful and just as in the pictures; al little long, but I can shorten it a bit myself. It is really a good deal for the price, I can use the top also with other garments and the lace is really nice.I will order again from you.

If I could leave less than 1 Star, I would. After purchasing 4 summer dresses for $101, I received them in the expected time (earning the 1 Star). None of the dresses fit or were as pictured. I am 5’6”, 135lbs, and ordered mediums. The dresses were either WAY too big or too small. All were see-through, and one dress wasn’t even the dress I ordered. I wrote to just return for a refund and that’s when everything got worse. They would not send me a phone number or return address, kept trying to get me to exchange, etc. finally they offered me $20 to just keep the garments anyways. I pressed them to give me the return address and finally they did: with the shipping and customs fees they stick you with, you have to pay a hefty fine. In the end, I took the credit amount (talked them up to $45) and chalk this up to a lesson learned. The dresses are going straight to a donation bin where maybe someone can find a use for them.

I received a wrong order and informed the company of the issue. The response was immediate and my order was quickly resent at no cost to me I was also told to keep the items wrongly sent if I wanted too at no cost to me. Very professional and thoughtful approach to resolve the error!! Will definitely shop here again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. never received item, looking into taking legal action.

Just don't do it
they look worse than Walmart clothing
and they make it impossible for you to return it

These clothes are SO ulgy and nothing like the photos, super unethical business practices from this site unfortunately :( don't shop here guys

Ordered a dress out of what I thought was an American site only to come out of China. The dress sleeve elastic was so tight, the dress split was higher than my crotch, the material was dreadful and completely see through, and there was a huge line in the fabric where the pattern hadn't printed. Asked for a full refund, they tried offering partial refunds. Finally sent the piece of rubbish back through Australia Post with tracking, and they won't refund me until they receive it. So far the postal service has attempted to deliver it back 3 times!!! This is a bloody joke.. I want my money back! Don't buy off this dodgy China company.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They do not send you what you think you have ordered. They will not return your item at the price you paid for it. They will try to scam you but offering you less for the item. They are a joke and a scammer company!!

Do not shop here! You will not get what you ordered. They blatantly lie about what the product you will be receiving will look like, and what it's made of.

They get a star for being the best con artists; with their innocently written emails telling you that they'll keep your money and sell you products that Don't at all correspond to picture and description.
Hideous experience of being robbed basically. Do not waste your time here.

I wish I could give them less than 1 Star. The clothes took forever to get here, as they come from China and they are absolutely hideous! They looked nothing like the picture and are basically made out of Halloween costume material! Do not waist your money on this company! Awful awful awful!!!

They are a total scam ! I have order a couple items ,which they don't even have on stock, despite the fact that they look available and will let you place the order and make the payment. Later on they send you an email saying they don't have them and send you different links recommending you to order something else instead" similar items" they say
"Would you like to try other style?" I asked them to cancel the order , they refused and ship a partial order, despite the fact that i've asked for them to cancel it! Never ordering from them again! Also i'm waiting to receive the items i did order for more than a month and nothing ! They keep sending tracking links which show no info, just saying it's in transit!

Stay clear of this company what you see in the picture is not what it is. I spend over a $150and every single piece of merchandise was not what I ordered. It was horrible fabric be where of this company. Please do not buy....

I decided to return the clothes, and shipped them to the address in China as instructed. Two months later, the package was returned back to me. The tracking info indicated that the reason was "Import not allowed" without further information. I complained that Oshoplive had not informed me of the technical issues with Chinese postoffice. I asked for a half of the shipping cost, but was refused. I am angry that Oshoplive makes it technically impossible to return, and that it is not resposible at all. I hope to see no more people cheated.

THIS COMPANY LIED TO ME I CALLED DHL THEY NEVER RELEASED MY PRODUCT CHARGED ME 30 DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING SAID THEY COULDNT GET A REFUND WHICH DHL TOLD ME WAS A LIE AND THE COMPANY REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES!!!!!!!

I tried getting my money back before the items shipped but they said it had already left the warehouse... just received them and just as I thought, cheap, look nothing like the pictures, and they smell. Total ripoff!

Just received my order it is so disgusting, nothing like the picture at all. It looks like a sack. never again will i purchase

If I could rate a negative, TRUST ME, I would!!!! IDK how these people lay their heads down each night & go to sleep. They have to have 0 conscience. Honestly there are no words for HOW BAD these "clothes" RAGS are!!!! As I saw someone earlier said & its exactly right..."They take pictures from other websites" Always rem. If it seems too good to be true, It probably is!!!!! God strike me dead, its the cheapest bunch of crap I have EVER laid my eyes on!!!! Dollar General/Family Dollar is like Macy's or Dillard's compared to this CRAP!!!!! I do not have the energy right here @ the Holidays to argue/try & fight them so I have thrown the rags in the trash & trying to just mark it up as lesson learned. Shame, shame, shame on these criminals. They are criminals in my book, their lying, taking our hard earned money & laughing all the way to the bank. I have said enough as I refuse to give them anymore of my PEACE.

This is my second or third order with Oshoplive and I spent over $125 on merch that was low quality (unbreathable or flimsy fabric, poor sizing, unlined jackets) and so I wanted to (sadly) return all 5 items. I have been back and forth with their customer service via email, as they try to 'bargain' with me, saying they will refund me $35 or $40 on the entire bill and tell me to keep everything, cuz shipping it all back will be "too expensive" (on a 3.5lbs package back to Singapore?). I am insulted that that they will not simply honor my request to return these useless items and continue to string me along. I have now filed complaints with PayPal and my credit card company. When the fine print said "contact us before shipping return items back" I thought that meant that i would get a tracking number, not an ongoing haggle-fest! Never again will i order from them. Shein doesnt hassle their customers this way!
