Con-job! Thieves! Liars! I ordered 1 item and at checkout it added $3.99 shipping insurance. Okay, that's fine. Then 6.99 shipping. No problem. Total was $32.86 at check out. When I got the confirmation email there were 3 other things added into the order including another of the original item! I saw in the email what they charged me and nearly fainted. Logged into PayPal immediately and told them I wanted to cancel the charges which there were two, one for $42 and some change and one for $57 and some change! Almost $100! I flipped! PayPal told me to call tomorrow since they were pending charges and then I can dispute the charges. I have emailed the company, tried to chat with them and NOTHING! So I went back onto Instagram and started leaving comments about what a rip off it was and how they were charging more than what you bought! THIEVES! They were under several different names but I spent hours going to each one and leaving the same comment! I will get my money back no matter what I have to do! My mistake for being pulled into an ad on Instagram. Tik Tok is more honest and trustworthy than Instagram! I also reported to Instagram and they said take it up with the vendor! WHAT? Do something! Get them off your platform! I was so angry I was shaking! This place is the biggest CON I have ever seen!!! Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered one item and others were added. I was charged twice - two different amounts. I received a part refund but have heard nothing since. Nothing happened about the second charge and will have to report this to my bank as a fraud

The order doubled from what I picked and checkout. I clearly missed them adding 4 additional items. At the time when I made the purchase I assumed the additional charges were tariffs, boy was I wrong. When the package finally came there were items I didn't order and were not worth what I was charged for them. As it was the quality of the koala was inferior to anything I could have purchased locally. Buyer beware!!!!!

Ordered the AI Koala Bear for my grandchild. At first, I thought it was damaged in the mail, but then realized all it really was is a regular stuffed bear - no AI, doesn't do any of the actions promised. Now I see that I am not the only one who has been duped. It's clear they know that chances are you won't go through the trouble of returning it to China. This company is running a scam, in my opinion.

AI Koala bear that must have been hit in the head while it was traveling all over the country. It should have been issued a passport for all the miles that it traveled. Needless to say, it won't interact with anything other than maybe a rock. Poorly made. My dogs won't even play with it. It looks nothing like the one used in the advertisement. Only way they will give you a full refund is if you send it back to China which cost more than the original cost. You need to file a dispute with your credit card company. It is the only way to stop these scams.

I ordered one polar bear, which still hasn’t came, but I’m just seeing the terrible reviews! They put me on some automatic service that placed a second order without my authorization, now I will be stuck with 2 of these trash bears, trying to get my money back, if they ever show up 😡

I ordered the AI Koala bear from Osimcares. It was supposed to be interactive and very realistic. What I received was a poorly made mass produced stuffed animal that I could have won from a claw machine for a dollar. I'm still trying to get my money back. Do not purchase from them!!

What a con! If a commercial selling/promising something, it should be actual what's advertised. The AI Koala turned out to be plush toy. I demand the actual product advertised or 100% of my money. It isn't emotional support its emotional demoralizing. Since it's international, this is a federal offense. Who regulates advertising anyway? Should both countries get involved? All the people who transported/inspected the package had their time wasted. How can the advertisers/sellers look at themselves in the mirror or even sleep? They said they would refund 50%. What a crock of shit. Who cracks down on internet fraud? Is it a federal matter?

These are a con, the items bought are not as advertise. We bought two Koalas that are supposed to be fitted with sensors that respond to touch but turned up were two bog standard koalas that can be bought at a fifth of the cost in any good toy shop. this company are a total disgrace and should be charge with false advertising.

I ordered two koalys and I wish I had visited Trustpilot earlier because then I would have not placed an order with Osimcarestore. They sent me overpriced, stuffed koalas.
When I complained they offered me a 50% refund. I rejected that offer and asked for 80% which has been finally refunded to my PayPal account.

So glad I use PayPal.

Not what is advertised. It looks like a stuffed animal you win at the state fair.

I Ordered a cuddly soft plush koala with AI.
I got an ugly stuffed koala with its paws sewn together. I paid $80 Au for it and it's hard with stiff fur and no instructions to activate the AI - I have written 2 emails to them asking for instructions but no answer.
I could have picked up a decent looking Koala in a tourist shop for $5 if that's all that I wanted.
They should be shut down NOW

My rating is incorrect, that was my mistake as THIS IS A 100% SCAM. THE COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST. I had placed 2 orders with them for the AI Koala. The first delivery was 2 small stuffed koala toys…no AI generated movements. The second time I ordered one big koala and received a slightly….and I mean slightly bigger koala that did the same as the first two.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I HAVE BEEN CHEATED OUT OF OVER AU$120.
I tried to contact their support care but it is not a current email address.

This company advertised the Koaly which is supposed to be AI generated interactive bears. What I received were 4 cheap stuffed toy Koalas which don't move at all in fact their hands are sewn together. This is a scam so be warned everyone. Keep well away from this company.

I ordered 3 large robotic koala through FB. It said 49.99 on a website that is au. I assumed aus$$. They charged me $265 for the three What I got was 3 cheap nasty prickly koalas that you can get $10 in any $2 shop. I wrote to them on their web site, no phone number of course and have had no reply. Do not buy

Paid for item clearly false from what it says n show spent 178 dollars for item on temu n wish list which sell for 3 n 4 dollars real fraud store should be called stay away from this site

Ordered hats and when they finally arrived it wasn't what I ordered, bait and switch. Reaching out to customer service was a joke.Learned valuable lesson. Never order anything off line from a company company who practices unethical methods

be careful with this company. They sent me the wrong items and it took a while to get a refund. Luckily I paid thru Paypal, so just be mindful of what method you use to pay.
