Was able to order what I wanted, and was pleased to see the maps had been enlarged from 1-25000 to 1-10000 which made it much easier for me to read.

I'm lost for words....
I have contacted you by email saying I paid for Royal Mail delivery as I always have trouble with EVRI delivering to my address. I placed the order over a week ago and I have been told for 4 days that EVRI would be delivering my map. Thus the reason I paid for Royal Mail.
I'm sure I will get the same message again from EVRI tomorrow and never received my order. One very unhappy customer.

The 5 maps were fine once they arrived
The 5 maps were fine once they arrived. But they didn't. After I reported this a new set of maps was sent promptly.
But...
1. Royal Mail completely failed to deliver the first time. The order has still not turned up.
2. It was not easy to find any contact details to report the non-delivery to OS Maps.
Hence my rating is not as good as it might have been. I shall certainly not choose Royal Mail again.

I would have given 5* except for your…
I would have given 5* except for your use of automated address system somehow implanting “Preston” in the middle of the York delivery address.
That just made me slightly concerned that it might not land on time for the birthday, as it was a present. We all had faith in the security of the correct Post Code etc and it did arrive on the day.
I don’t know how that happened. It has not put me off using your service again, but I would look more carefully at such address entries next time.
The recipient was very pleased with the enclosures which were in perfect condition. Thank you.

Prompt delivery, clear directions
Delivered a day early. I haven't tried the walks yet, but they look an appropriate length for my knee to cope with. The directions seem clear.
