Deposit to platform

I did a deposit to the trading platform,I sent my crypto and it was successful right away and they these incompetent broker locked my account without any good explanation making me to miss my trades this New York market morning,I contacted the live agent via chat and they got no idea what time frame support would fix the issues

Uncompetitive broker

This is definately not the best broker on the market.

Pros:
- TradeLocker platform support
- Quick Customer Support
- Website design
- Supports crypto as deposit
- High leverage (up to 1:500)

Cons:
- Not regulated broker
- Withdrawal limit from $100
- Inactivity fee ($10). Broker charges monthly if no trades performed. I didn't saw this stupid rule on any other brokers
- High spreads
- No support for MetaTrader
- Cannot deposit with credit card, PayPal, Wise, etc.

4 of my positions closed by themselves…

4 of my positions closed by themselves at the same time. No one answers you on live support. I opened a ticket and wrote on telegram channels, but no one responded. They had caused a similar problem before. I think I will move my account to a different broker

To be honest

To be honest, this company is a SCAM. I did not trade for 2 weeks and when I decided to trade all my fund was gone! They auto trade for me bit by bit until my account was emptied. Stay away these are Russia thieves!

I have been using Osprey now for almost…

I have been using Osprey now for almost years and I have never had an issue with them...just this past Friday...I wanted to withdraw some of my profits and I timed it from start to end and it was under 45 minutes from the transfer to my wallet and the Bitcoin conversion and deposit to my bank account.

The Epitome of Horrible Service

The rating for this organization should be zero. Osprey begs customers to set up two-factor authentication when setting up an account. There is an issue with the authentication via text since it gives an error. No matter how many times you request the code and put in the correct key, it gives an OTP error. I reached out to a chat tech and asked for two-factor to be removed. She sent what needed to be submitted and then ended the chat. Umm... do I send this via chat as an attachment, email, snail mail??? I restarted the chat and I got the same person and advised that she should communicate better and wait for what she asked for before just ending the chat. Osprey will not remove the two-factor authentication unless you send photos of your ID and a selfie. This was sent it. They didn't accept it since they could not see the edges of my ID. It was resubmitted. Now they don't want to accept the selfie since I didn't sign a paper with my ID in the selfie. No, I am not signing a blank page and sending this to a chat tech, are you kidding me? Who knows what can be done by just sending a signature to an unknown person online? How about I just sign a blank check too while I am at it? A signature is not even needed for KYC so why is a signature needed to remove two-factor? I asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor. The request was denied. Get this. To speak to a supervisor, I will need to email support, wait for a reply, and then I can speak to a supervisor. How does this make sense? Osprey is the epitome of horrible service and I am not surprised by the horrible rating on Trustpilot. If you are doing all this to remove two-factor authentication, I highly doubt you even pay. What do your clients have to do to get a payout? Send in a video with them jumping on one foot, holding their ID, while signing a blank check, with their grandma in the background, their mom holding their birth certificate while their dad does the running man??? I see your future and it is called "going out of business"! Trust and believe this will be talked about on Telegram and Discord. I may even start a hashtag. Feel free to contest this review... I copied the chat which has your support email and can provide all of this as proof... 10 steps ahead! I even have snips with the chat agent's name and your site. Play ball.

Update to this review 5.17.25. Osprey still sucks. Their rating is even lower on TrustPilot and after 14 months they want to contest my review. I still got receipts and emailed them to TrustPilot. If Osprey cared about their customers or reviews, it would not take you over a year to contest reviews. Like I said above, you will all go out of business like all of these other firms that do not put the customer first.

Withdrawal nightmare

Everything was fine until time came to withdraw my profits and I followed the closed loop method but it was not seamless and still waiting on my withdrawal request

I have never had any problems…

I have never had any problems withdrawing or transferring funds with this broker until recently after attempting to transfer $100 from the trade locker platform to the BTC wallet. After the transfer poof it was gone. I have contacted support and talked to multiple live agents since and now I am afraid I will not get my funds back because it has been a full week since the this incident on 2/26/24.

Lost 50 pips due to lagging

I would give them a zero if I could. I tried to enter a Sell position in Tradelocker but the trade wasn’t executed until 10 minutes later. I’m a scalper so by then, the market had turned against me. I would have won 50 pips but instead lost 50. They keep ending the chat without attempting to resolve my issue. Terrible

They're lying big time

They seem to be lying about something because they said they don't accept traders from the USA. When I'm fact they do. Two of my friends use this broker. So be careful if you're a profitable trader.

Response: They're lying. My two friends are in the USA trade with this broker. And have made withdrawals. Therefore you're breaking the law. They just made withdrawals as recently as last week. There are other reasons why you chose not to have me trade there. And it's because you now an owner from another broker and/or you own two or more brokers. And for the clients you see signed up on both or the others. You give them the same treatment once they leave one or you don't want them anymore. You're busted. Because you're talking to a trader who understands the internal parts of the business. Now go ahead and keep lying. I have screenshots of the conversations and everything else in order.

I highly recommend a different broker

I highly recommend a different broker. They have kept my funds tied up for more than two weeks with no real explanation as to why.

SCAM

SCAM. I wasn't able to close on of my biggest positions, but i could close my smaller positions and the support team took forever to respond and resolve my solution. i am still in my position right now and afraid to go negative luckily i am positive but i CANT CLOSE my position. Everything was good until now

I signed up for a funded challenge

I signed up for a funded challenge, the customer service told me i could use my EA, I told him Im not a manual trader. He told me that is ok we are able to connect eas to the system. After I bought the account though crypto, ( the only way that you can ) they then told me no refunds and I can not connect an ea to the system. I have tons of prop accounts, Ive never seen anyone like this before. They will probably respond with the same messages that they do to everybody, so just know that I did speak to all of their support, their email teams and all. Nobody is there to help you. Nobody at all. They scammed me and Im rerouting their behavior to their payment portal and to Cashapp, Im going to start woking on getting them blocked, at least partially.
This is a company that will hang you out to dry for sure. This has been going on for over a month.
