Can't log in now, requests for assistance ignored
Similar to another reviewer, followed a recommendation and opened an account. Obviously they must get a referral bonus for doing this.
Everything was OK at first, then trying to log back in, I was told my password was incorrect (I use Lastpass). Anyway, I my numerous requests for a password reset, submitted a support ticket online and emailed them; Nothing heard. Thanks goodness this was only a demo account. I will be closing it today.

Please understand that we do not have access to or visibility into Demo accounts. For that reason, we were unable to verify whether your account was deactivated or if there were issues with your login credentials. Your initial email did specify the account type. That is why you would have received an automatic 'email mismatch' message because we couldn't find any matching information in our system for Demo accounts.
Thank you for clarifying that you were referring to a Demo account; these are not Broker accounts with us but simply provide access to our Trading Platform for practice purposes. As such, we do not have the capability to close Demo accounts. They are designed to automatically close after 14 days of inactivity.

Crypto only smh
After watching one of my favorite YouTubers shoutout his trading broker, I was excited to sign up. I loved the idea of the diversity they offer in trading pairs, but I am VERY disappointed to find out they only deposit and withdraw with crypto. Allow the customer to decide if they want to take the risk of using their debit or not. I will never use this trading brokerage because of this limitation. Sadly, they lost a customer. It’s 2023, flexibility is key in this market. I guess every brokerage isn’t for every one.

Sept 15 account successfully created welcome to ospreyfx, Sept 15 initial deposit $95.00 confirmed, you have to meet minimum investment (new policy)of $250 to enable your start. Sept 16 4:29pm $155 trans MET25_834288898 successfully started Bronze package. But osprey said I can't withdrawal unless I'm silver w/d $200 gold w/d$800or premium w/d all of your earnings. So I asked how much for each upgrade $150silver$250gold$350dimond$450 premium Sept 20 dep $194 MET25_834288898.And I asked why didn't it upgrade me to silver, osprey said it was to much so on Sept 20 1:54pm I deposited $56.00 MET_834288898. Okay so now I'm gold I asked if I could withdrawal $800 so then I'd have the money to upgrade to the premium and whatever I was talking to said yeah, So I started the withdrawal process and then it says I have to pay 15 percent Broker commission fee from my earnings.. Now this is my first time but I took that as from my earnings which was around $4,600 dollars at that point so I proceeded to try and withdrawal the $800 thinking the $120 dollars would come out of my earnings well it wouldn't work so I asked whatever I was talking to and it said no you have to pay that in Bitcoin before and then they'll send me a code so I got the $126 and sent it to the same place I sent all the others bought it and it was withdrawn to the blockchain went back to the login page to get back on the dashboard entered my name and password and nothing the login page keeps coming back up and it was the last day of the session I not only didn't get the $800 to upgrade to the premium so I could get all of the earnings I'm out all the money I put in for the upgrades and the 15 percent Broker commission fee and for what I had to get a title loan and pawn everything I own just to make this work, now I'm behind and in debt I can't get out not being on disability I can never get caught up now. I just want to say thanks alot Ospreyfxoption for being so outstanding take your money then shut you out I'm sure you'll come up with some lame excuse for taking my money and screwing me out of my earnings Thank for your time Sincerely Reed Wheeler

You would not have been able to create a SSO password is because our Single-Sign-On (SSO) system is exclusively for employees. Clients do not have this options partly in order to ensure the security of our platform. We do however offer 2-Factor Authentication (2-FA).

Great service, been trading with them for over 2 years
Been trading with Osprey for over 2 years, I'm very happy with their service and brokerage, easy to work with and easy to deposit but its only through crypto. My reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because you can only deposit with crypto, however, they allow to deposit with XRP but only withdraw with Bitcoin, bitcoin carries a higher gas fee than XRP, I wish they would support withdraw in XRP.

I got several (more than 10) funding accounts I didn't pass, I finally passed the challenge and the verification and they claim I did too much money on one single day and that I have to keep making money until I lowered the max daily earnings, if you are using a Bot like I did You will make more than that in one day, I ran out of time I they failed my, this is a huge scam, they don't want you to pass the challenge. they actually claim to trustpilot I am not a real account and erased my review, I told Trustulip I can send proof of my accounts and they said there is nothing they can do.
They don't want you to pass those challenges, I was in the positive at the end of the month and they don't have retakes, they are limited on time, they claim on letting you have EA but if the EA make the money in one day, you are not consistent on the earning, BIG BS. Be Aware.
They have the audacity of replying saying they don't know me.

Quick withdraws, great interface
Of all unregulated brokers that I experienced, OspreyFX has been the best one. Their spreads may not be the best but they're honest. Their interface is fantastic. Withdraw is the quickest I've seen (about an hour).
