I bought a bag 18 months ago which I had not used often and it developed a manufacture fault. I was directed to Customer Service who replied quickly offering me a credit note for the full original cost. They were accessible and answered all my questions. They went further, working together with my local Outlet store so I could get a replacement bag in the colour I wanted which was no longer available online.

I ordered two bags, and needed help with a discount code on one of them - customer services were super helpful, and went above and beyond. I ended up returning both bags as they didn't suit my requirements, and for some reason the refund on one was delayed (despite them going in the returns locker on the same day) - again, customer services were very helpful and chased it up for me. The bags were lovely quality, just didn't work for me.

I purchased a Tote bag from them, described as leather. The bag actually has plastic trim on the bottom and after a few uses white is showing on the black trim. Not a high class quality product that I was expecting. I contacted customer services and was offered a refund or a new bag but that won’t resolve the issue. They advised that all their bags have plastic trim.

Had a bit of a mix up with parcels being delivered. Called their customer service and spoke to Olivia who was a great help. Couldn't have asked for more. Was extremely helpful in resolving the issue

Despite sending me the wrong order, they very promptly sorted it all out and Sarah was so efficient. Real customer service.

Great service and customer care. I really appreciated the quick response to me query. I love the brand and the range. My weekender bag is fully compte. Thank you all.

I’m an avid fan of Osprey handbags with more than 20 in my collection-
I purchased a bag for my daughter as a present however she wasn’t a fan of the strap - Olivia in customer services went above and beyond to locate a perfectly matched strap that was more to my daughters liking -

Osprey customer service is amazing . The bags are great and very strong , leather is beautiful .

First purchase from Osprey and not disappointed , the travel organiser is perfect , high quality very pleased.

In addition I put my address in wrong on original order , post office emailed to say item returned to Osprey. I contacted customer services and Sarah rearranged delivery ( thank you ) , hassle free , excellent customer service.

Visited Osprey at Gloucester Quays - an absolute first class experience! Jannine who served us was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A real credit to the company, Couldnt have asked for better service and as usual the leather goods were very reasonably priced and of an excellent quality.

I would like to say what excellent service I have received.
I placed an order on Saturday and then realised I hadn’t applied my discount code. I immediately called Osprey and then emailed them I received an automated email response saying they would contact me soon.
I phoned on Monday morning and was told that the discount would be refunded straight away.
What good service!!

I had a backpack given as present however the stitching came undone after a few weeks of use. I reported this to the helpdesk and the service provided by Sarah Ahmed was exceptional. A replacement backpack was sent out within 5-days and I could not be more happy with the product. Nice to experience a truly customer focused company.

The products are really well made from good quality materials. However, unfortunately I had to return a bag due to it being smaller than I anticipated. The returns process works really well. I had a small problem with the label not printing. I called Sarah Ahmed in Customer Services, she resolved it immediately. Top class service, well done.
