i bought a rubber penis, but it was used, it smelled like dog smegma and felt like a cactus, was not the best experience😔😢

Take commission out of nowhere, very shade website, don‘t recommend.

Osta.ee hacked. And hackers are buying auctions from hacked account. I' ve lost my opened auctions without any compensation from osta.ee staff. I WILL DELETE PERMANENTLY MY ACCOUNT!

The Customer Support is paid to do nothing. I am impressed how the customer support is not capable of answering directly to my questions.

Back and forth many emails and none of the replies are answering my questions. If one can NOT understand the customer's inquiry, how do you call yourself a customer support is beyond me.

If you are just copying and pasting characters from the website, I think AI can do a better job.

STAY AWAY FROM THE WEBSITE OF OSTA.EE

First time I bought things from here. The item was fake. It's on me. Later on, when I put something on it and the selling was actually not a done deal but it was a 'successful' on their website. AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COMMISSION TO OSTA.EE where the transaction has NOT happened or whatsoever. Stay away from the website.

Have had good experience with them so far. UI & UX could be much better, but everything functions as expected and reasonable pricing as well. WOuld recommend

Tried last minute sign up to get to offer ın auctıon and the sıte just stole my ınfo and dosent let me even log ın.

it's the fist classified ads site I see where you cannot cancel a sale that someone bought.. after claiming a complaint we managed to arrange for the buyer to get his refund BUT I still had to pay a commission for a sale that hadn't happened?!
I sold the item on another platform the same day so I did not have time to remove the ad... what could I do? duplicate my item?

When your auction starts from 0.1 EUR and one happy winner, you must sell it for 0,1 EUR! If not, osta.ee is making a penalty for you ( ABOUT 15 EUR).You must pay it or they send your penalty to collection firm(company) and you will pay much more!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience with customer support when making an error. You’re not able to cancel your bid even if you made a mistake. I was treated horribly by Kati Põldre by automated replies and it seems like this happens there all the time. They seem to toss only their Terms and Conditions up to their customers without their consent. There are no basic rules to how bidding works when it comes to an error purchase. Also the product advertised lack of information which is why the mistype happened. Absolutely ruthless experience without any flexibility. Worst customer support ever. Do not recommend.
