Having already sampled the complete Ostens collection, I knew I was getting nothing short of impeccable. But the customer service deserves the highest of praise too: I needed some extra help from a technical point of view and what could have been a stressful situation ended up being a smooth and pleasant one, for which I am very grateful!

Ordered the jasmine and rose candles. Arrived swiftly, securely packaged. The scents are wonderful - strong and lingering.

Smells divine, but all things considered, pretty overpriced for the size.

The most heavenly scent you can imagine is contained within this beautiful candle. It smells and looks incredible and although expensive it is worth every penny.

I recently bought the Ostens candles, Jasmine and Rose. Both are really beautiful. A discovery set of their perfumes was included on the day I purchased. I haven’t tried them all yet but the Cashmeran Velvet is gorgeous! Everything was beautifully packaged, I’m impressed!!

The most elegant scent of jasmine which fills the room and transports you to an idyllic retreat.
It is a luxury item but I have lit the candle on a couple of evenings and it seems to be incredibly long lasting.
A real treat to myself.

Ordered a candle as a gift which arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived the following day. Wasn't disappointed with the candle - it was packaged beautifully with a hand written note. The jasmine scent is like no other and perfect to burn in these lovely summer evenings. Will definitely be ordering another.
