I ordered 68 euros worth of toiletries, (payment was taken from my account immediately) but 5 days later I was informed that half of my order could not be supplied. I was offered a total refund which I accepted and I was then informed that it would not show up in my account for up to ten, yes ten days. This was unacceptable in a number of ways. Firstly, why accept payment for something that cannot be supplied. Secondly, I am not aware of any bank account (even in Cork) that does not allow immediate payment into another bank account. To market your company as a trusted one for online transactions there are two things that your customers should expect. They are to despatch items within 48 hours and inform the customer that you have done so, and also to be honest with your customers hard earned cash. You should only take payment when you have items in stock and ready for despatch and when you make a mistake refund payment without delay.

Tonight, I called this chemist, and believe me when I say that when I call here, I know I'm going to be asked 100 questions. But sure, anything to make them feel important. Anyhow, I called tonight 4 Asian guys, and the pharmacist was a Nigerian lad, but sure look thats OK. The security guard, a small young lad, came forward to serve me with 3 other members of staff behind the counter just looking on. I remarked that Security also served as he added that I'm helping. With the PSA ( SECURITY LICENSE), I didn't know that they have medical training, and with gdpr behind the counter, it is not the place for him with all the other FREE staff standing around.. oh well, here goes. I said I'd like a cream for hemorrhoids please he goes what I repeated it and looked at me with a blank wtf look on his face. I said, "Go asked the pharmacist." So he did both him and they pharmacist looked at each other like what!! the security guy, the young lad then over the counter from where the drugs are dispensed, shouts, is it for work ... what i said is it for work. I said, "What with the look on my face PRIVATE PROBLEM AS IN HELLO EVERYONE in the chemist is listening. The Nigerian lad came from around the counter and asked me what i needed. He's the chemist, so I said hemorrhoid cream. i swear to god he had no clue. I actually had to explain what it was.... imagine he is despencing DRUGS to serious cases but had no clue about pain in the hole cream not acceptable for a chemist no matter how irish staff dont want to work on a Sunday night. I am going forward with this as this late chemist is very important to people in the region and with this kind of incompetence who knows what will happen. It this is a late night chemist a person who speaks perfect ENGLISH to serve the customer who keeps that business in actual business should hold us CUSTOMERS safe as if this staff has no clue about cream for the bum how the hell can they give medicine for heart or any other serious conditions. Im not happy and I'm sick to death of this shop chemist or what ever it is treating us like poo....

This is my go-to pharmacy. I was there today, and staff member Kayleigh was very helpful. The pharmacist Laurea is SO good- she is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend O'Sullivan's in O'Connell Street, Limerick very highly.

i strongly advise stay clear of Sullivan's late night pharmacy limerick on liddy street they use to be fast and nice but lately with the DEI hire they haven't a clue what there doing last night month i rang in for my prescription i still had to wait 2 days and still didn't have it ready when i went in and today was same thing i rang it in yesterday i was kept 30 mins then missed my bus cos o had to go back they never packed one of my items never again will i step foot in that pharmacy
