I strongly advise anyone considering fertility treatment to avoid this place entirely. It is primarily focused on extracting as much money as possible from vulnerable patients rather than providing genuine, ethical healthcare. From my personal experience, they lack any real transparency about their pricing, procedures, or likelihood of success, which leaves patients financially and emotionally drained.
I visited the clinic seeking IVF treatment. After conducting only a few very basic tests, they immediately demanded the full payment of £3,600 upfront. I paid £800 as an initial instalment, and they instructed me to return after one week for further steps. When I came back as scheduled, they casually informed me that I did not have enough healthy eggs for the procedure to continue and that they could not proceed with the IVF cycle.
What makes this particularly frustrating and unethical is that this information could — and should — have been identified during the initial consultation and basic testing. Instead, they wasted an entire week of my time, caused unnecessary travel expenses, and took my money while knowing full well the treatment was unlikely to work. A simple, honest assessment at the beginning would have saved me significant time, stress, and financial loss.
To make matters worse, this operation appears to work hand-in-hand with a nearby pharmacy. Almost as soon as you arrive, staff hand you a long list of expensive medicines and injections without conducting any thorough initial medical checks or proper evaluation. In my case, these additional items came to around 800 euros. It felt like a coordinated scheme designed to maximise revenue from every patient who walks through the door.
The clinic’s approach is especially deceptive because they start by giving patients false hope and optimism about their chances of success. This emotional manipulation seems deliberately intended to encourage people to commit financially before any real assessment is done. Only after payment do the limitations and problems suddenly emerge.
I deeply regret my decision to go there and will never return. I urge others to steer well clear of this clinic and seek treatment from genuinely transparent, patient-focused providers who prioritise medical integrity over profit.
