Managed to get the last Ceres Fauna plushie that I could fine at a reasonable price from a UK Seller! Great website that was easy to use, great variety of stock, and awesome free shipping for £20+ spends! Arrived via tracked 48hr Royal Mail delivery too, so extra pros for that! Fantastic service!
I ordered two figures, one was in stock and one was a pre-order. I was originally alarmed when I hadn’t heard anything about my order so I reached out to customer service. Joey responded immediately and was extremely efficient and helpful for getting the first half of my order sent out the next day and then getting my pre-order sent out when it came into stock (originally they were going to send both my orders together once both in stock, however I didn’t know this, but it was very promptly rectified)
Both figures came with efficient delivery and properly bubble wrapped for protection.
Would definitely order from here again!

never buying from here again
I pre-ordered an item that wasn’t due until mid-October for release the date I ordered my item was the 2nd of October I waited a whole month for my item to arrive as everyone else had got theirs from other trusted websites but mine never came.
I sent 2 emails to track it and ask when the pre-order order was released and they told me it just arrived at the warehouse and would be sent in 2-3 weeks so I waited the time to be fair with them. Nothing arrived and I then sent another email saying I wanted a refund they never came back to me and I still haven’t got a refund or my item.
I also noticed after I had emailed about this item multiple times they had removed it from their website and I can’t find it at all now.
I won’t be ever ordering off this website again and for a first-time customer I’m devastated with the service.

We’d like to clarify the timeline of your order to ensure transparency. As noted on our website, all pre-orders require 1-3 months for shipment once the item is released. This particular item was scheduled for release at any time within October 2024. When you initially contacted us on October 2nd, we confirmed on October 18th that the item had arrived at our Japan warehouse and informed you to expect a shipping period of 2-3 weeks for its arrival to the UK.
On November 2nd, we received your refund request, and we were fully prepared to respect your preference. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed due to a customs hold—an issue beyond our control. While this was unforeseen, your parcel has now been delivered, and we were planning to contact you to ask if you still wished to receive the item or proceed with the refund. Our aim was to provide you with the best option as soon as Royal Mail resumed operations on Monday.
We regret that your experience has led to a 1-star review, as we strive to be clear and transparent about our pre-order processes and shipping expectations. We value your feedback and remain committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Please contact us so we can make this right, whether by completing delivery or issuing a full refund as you prefer.

Fantastic product and service. I had 2 custom made hoodies - good quality and speedy delivery. Communication was excellent. I rarely do reviews but both the product and the service were just too good not to.

I pre-ordered some plush which are hard to get a hold of in the UK and they arrived today in perfect condition and well packaged! Customer support were really helpful and quick to reply when I asked for an update on the order previously too! Perfect experience!

Great finds!
Great selection of harder to find anime merch for a decent price also! My preorder came when expected and staff were super friendly via emails ! I would definitely recommend them for other UK anime fans and will be shopping with them again personally in the future :)

I ordered 2 little onemutan figures, admittedly i was skeptical at first as no where else in the UK had these figures, but they arrived as pictured/described - I will definitely order from otaku again!
