postNL took so long to deliver to my house. but the package is fine and i got my stuff so i'm ok with it

I got it later than I wanted it since it was for a gift but it was in very excellent condition.

Customer service is top tier and items arrived on time.

I ordered a figure with bonus face from this store. In the end, she came to me without a bonus. I wrote to technical support more than 3 times, they ignored me and did not solve my problem in any way. I was cheated for money. Without a bonus face, I could buy such a figure in any store for 2 times cheaper!

Good packaging and decent prices for EU customers. It's expensive to import things outside of EU in my country and this company is based in the Netherlands so it's perfect for me. I have ordered several times with them and only ever had good experiences. Good packaging (lots of packing paper), nice customer support, good selection of figures and other items and prices are competitive (if not a little cheaper for scale figures) with other companies also they seem to have a good stock management system. They (from what I can tell) also only use reputable suppliers and are also partnered with GoodSmile company witch is a very good thing.

Overall had a wonderful experience with them and they are my go to shop for anything Anime/Pop culture related

Whenever I had a question about a figure Customer Service was very kind, and answered quickly. The figure arrived sooner than I had anticipated, and was packaged extremely well. The figure itself was absolutely breathtaking, definitely the best in my collection! I look forward to shopping here again. :)

Shipping was as fast as could be expected given the pandemic. Arrived very nicely packed and in pristine condition

During shipment I was unable to track where the package was once it left the Netherlands (coming to USA). It just showed up one day, so I was kind of worried during the time where its location was unknown. When it arrived the shipping box was really beat up. The box that was used for shipping was also far too large for the product within. There was no bubble wrap around the figurine box, only some brown packaging paper. Because of the large box and no padding for the figurine box, the box sustained heavy damage. Luckily the figure itself was unharmed, but its box is ruined. Not what I would expect for a product costing upwards of $100.

Bought a figure from here for significantly less than what other aftermarket prices were. The transaction went smoothly and the package as it was handled by Otaku Squares crew went well. The final delivery to my home took a while longer than expected and do to that the package was mildly damaged but that's on my countries postal service and not Otaku Square would definitely buy from again if needed!

My purchase went smooth and arrived in perfect condition from Otaku Square, I had great delays in the delivery but that was my customs fault and the covid situation, nothing to do with the shop. I am very pleased anyway. Recommended!

Just bought an item recently and it just doesn’t appear at their website at my history of orders. I sent some e mails, without any answer after 5 days

The website is well designed and it's easy to find whatever it is that you're looking for. Ordering is also pretty straightforward and hassle free. One of the reasons I chose Otaku Square is free shipping within Europe on orders above 300 EUR which is great. The prices are a bit high, even when taking into account VAT that's present in all EU countries, but there tend to be great deals occasionally.

The only lacking feature that a lot of figure collectors like is a ''pay later'' option for pre-orders. Full payment must be made upon placing the order for items that may release a year later for example. Some type of ''pay later'' or a non-refundable small deposit upon placing the order would be a great way to improve this.

They also get their stock a bit after the initial release but that is of course normal since those items need time to reach their warehouse. Expect the items to be shipped to You about a month after release.

Packaging was adequate and the items arrived quickly after being shipped from their warehouse.

All in all a good first impression and a great service!

The cushioning inside of the package was literally non-existent. It's amazing that the package wasn't *more* damaged on arrival. I'm guessing this was done to avoid using a slightly larger cardboard box to ship, but there was definitely space for some paper or something in there. One of the boxes arrived with a dented corner and rips from the tape being pulled along the surface. I'm quite disappointed.

No complaints here. Keep on the good work.
