📄 Complaint Against otpx.in

I want to report my bad experience with the website otpx.in.

I found this website on Google and it looked safe and trustworthy. They offer Telegram and WhatsApp related services, so I decided to try it.

First, I added ₹100 top-up to use their service. After that, I tried to get a service (number/OTP). But I kept receiving incorrect or fake OTPs. I thought it might be a mistake, so I tried again, but the same issue happened.

Telegram OTP is usually 5 digits, but the OTP I received was 6 digits and invalid.

I contacted their support team on Telegram (they only provide support there), but there was no response for almost 29 hours. Later they replied saying they are working on it.

After waiting for 24 hours, the issue was still not fixed. Again, I contacted them for 5 days but got no proper response.

Then they sent me a message offering a solution and asked me to pay ₹2950. After I made the payment, they blocked me immediately and stopped responding.

They also seem to track users using IP-based blocking on their website and blocked my access completely.

I also noticed they promote their website through SEO, Facebook ads, and Instagram ads, which makes it look more trustworthy.

Based on my experience, I strongly believe this is a fraud/scam service. I am sharing this so other people do not lose their money like I did.

I request action against this website so that others can be protected from similar scams.
